It came in 6 packs I believe, the instructions were easy and it went together fairly quick. My wife and I were able to put it up over the weekend with a little ingenuity and elbow grease it was easy to assemble. All the parts came in separate boxes the metal was well made and we used a white permanent marker to help follow the instructions. We started by placing the base pieces together and used a string to get the four corners square. Double check with the tape and place a bit of weight on the base plates and marked them so that they did not move while we drilled and placed the Concrete anchors. I ordered the taller 9ft sides and although it made it heavier we were still able to lift up the sections methodically. Once all the steel members were up we double checked squareness and I used some used wood and wood clamps to clamp things square. It was simple to bolt the roof sheeting on and we were done in no time. It looks great and is very sturdy so a job well done by Manufacturer! many thanks Amazon and Arrow you got this one just right!. Bill Makarem

WORST MISTAKE YOU'LL MAKE. This carport is useless. 20x30 feet of a LEAKING SIEVE! Absolutely every single area of the roof leaks profusely. Not like a drop or drip....water pours through it. This roof is 84 individual panels with pre-drilled holes. Each one overlaps the next with provided butyl tape ( provided) to seal between each panel. Highly labor intensive to install & absolutely worthless for anything other than a sunshade. Rain will POUR through every seam & screw. Impossible to repair leaks because you can't even get on the roof to try to seal it. The thin metal sheets will simply collapse under your weight. Roof panel ribs run horizontally so each rib holds a pool of water to insure it keeps leaking long after the rain has stopped. FIND THE REAL REVIEWS (HIDDEN) Complaint after complaint after complaint. ARROW CUSTOMER SERVICE has a pat cut & paste response to every complaint. " IF INSTALLED CORRECTLY THE ROOF SHOULD NOT LEAK". Once you install this you cannot repair it. My only option at this point is to remove all 84 panels & trash them. Then purchase a new roof & install with purlins. THIS IS THE WORST HOME IMPROVEMENT PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE.! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! ( FIND REAL LIFE REVIEWS OF THIS CARPORT & READ THEM!) NOTE: purchased the 20 x 30 x 9 to allow my tractor to fit under. It is extremely " wobbly" as there is no horizontal support for the frame.

Shipping pallet ruined before delivery. Poor quality. Damaged roofing - 8 sheets. 15% of self tapping screws didn't drill in correctly. Roof leaked upon completion of first side. Rubber seals faulty. I used silicon sealant on the 2nd side. Tried to get to as many of the first side screws as possible. Leaning on the roof bent it. I gave up on that. Shippers would not deliver to our closest street by the job sight. 1300 lbs of freight for two senior citizens to move. I would not recommend this product.

Solid product! Have recommended this to other family members. Straight forward assembly process (had to open all boxes before finding the instructions packed with the roofing sections (the final part of the assembly process, rather than the legs, which are the 1st part).

Build quality is excellent. It takes at least 2 people to assemble. Perfect for two full sized vehicles. The price was awesome for the quality of the materials you get. Easy to follow instructions, everything went together easily. Highly recommend for the do it yourself type person.

Overall a good product but it was missing instructions and the adhesive tape for the panels. I had to find installation instructions on line and went out to buy adhesive tape for the panels.
