It came in 6 packs I believe, the instructions were easy and it went together fairly quick. My wife and I were able to put it up over the weekend with a little ingenuity and elbow grease it was easy to assemble. All the parts came in separate boxes the metal was well made and we used a white permanent marker to help follow the instructions. We started by placing the base pieces together and used a string to get the four corners square. Double check with the tape and place a bit of weight on the base plates and marked them so that they did not move while we drilled and placed the Concrete anchors. I ordered the taller 9ft sides and although it made it heavier we were still able to lift up the sections methodically. Once all the steel members were up we double checked squareness and I used some used wood and wood clamps to clamp things square. It was simple to bolt the roof sheeting on and we were done in no time. Build quality is excellent. It takes at least 2 people to assemble. Perfect for two full sized vehicles. The price was awesome for the quality of the materials you get. Easy to follow instructions, everything went together easily. Highly recommend for the do it yourself type person.

The most important thing is the misleading sizes, the inside size is actually width = 19' 9" ; length = 18' 1" ; height = 9'2" the advertised 20' size is the roof edge to edge which includes the 10" overhang on each end. Another problem is the way the roof panels are placed with ridges running front to back instead of ridge to eave so it would-be impossible to use gutters this causes snow melt to build up ice on the driveway in front or back of the carport. the directions to waste a pvc pipe for spacing is stupid, I used 1x3x10 lumber and some clamps. The uprights are not standard spacing making closing in the sides a challenge if you want use something other than their expensive kit. ... show more

Product arrived with hidden damage, Due to design sheathing comes in 44 pieces that require hundreds of feet of seam sealing guaranteed to leak. Do not recommend. Better to buy locally with much longer panels with fewer joints and can be inspected before being unloaded.

Bought this because it was made in the USA, nothing was straight or lined up correctly. As you can see the center bars are welded at an angle ( supposed to be straight up and down) so you can not connect the vertical bars straight up and down without cutting the bar or welding it yourself.....top is pointed to the right and bottom is off to the left. 4 out of the 5 cross bars are like that. Incredibly disappointed, screws that are included are cheap China screws. At least 100 of them ( out of 660 ) in the bag could not self tap like intended. Shipping took forever, communication with the shipper was horrible. I always try to buy my things that are made in the USA, but in this case....I should of went with the China carport. No way to return something this size so I guess im stuck with this garbage. ... show more
