The side frame work kit for 20'x20' Arrow Carport had the wrong mounting brackets. Contacted Shelter Logic two weeks ago and was promised parts would be sent. Still have not received. Purchased longer bolts to make existing framework fit to hold sides on until proper fitting brackets arrive...... still waiting. I really don't think they were aware special hardware brackets were necessary to mount this kit for the 20'x20' side kit. Otherwise, the side wrapping is a good enclosure and fits nice. It's a shame since the whole set up is kind for a slick system. ... show more

Velcro would now hold front and back to side panels. Arrived on time, box had been damaged somewhere along the way and taped up. The bag of nuts and bolts had been torn open. The ones still in the box were all over the place. Had to buy 11 bolts and 14 nuts to put together. Material appears durable and looks good. ... show more

So I purchased this product for my shop and once we received it, the dimensions did not work So had to return it. When I printed a return label, it was not pre-paid So I had to pay USPS $115.65 to ship it back via regular mail. This is not a complete kit ..... The box and the description is misleading in a way.... It refered to this item as a kit and it is not . It's the outside covering . No more no less . I returned mine and I wouldn't recommend it if your looking for the whole garage cause it's far from that. It requires you to buy a lot more in order for it to be a complete garage...     • Does not attach well at the corners
For some strange reason the manufacturer decided to make the attachment method at the corners...velcro. Insane, because if the construction of you arrow canopy is off my an iota, you wont be able to secure the corners of your enclosure...they will just flap open or the velco will release with any movement. The manufacturer should have made grommets at the corners so one could attach with a bungy like the main body. ... show more
