First shipment I received didn’t work because the power cord wouldn’t fit properly into the unit. Replacement came and it worked a little better but is a usb power cord and all of maybe 12inches?!?. Is working but also pouring essential oil all over my furniture when not in use and doesn’t stay on constantly so it’s always leaking. Great idea for no water unit but isn’t a great diffuser.

I’ve had the product since January 2024, it is now October of the same year. The product is broken. Through that time I've gone through two 10ml essential oil bottles (i.e. I’ve used this product very little). It worked great when it did. But now is a paperweight. It won’t turn on so I assume that is from a leak which has affected the logic board. I used the provided gasket and cleaned the product regularly which I believe expanded the life span from 1 month to nearly 1 year. Tldr; Product requires lots of babysitting to maintain regular functioning. Inevitably becomes a paperweight. Pretty to look at. Purchase NOT recommended. Breaks easily.

After trying numerous oil nebulizers, this one seems to be working pretty well for what I need it. However the battery is HORRID. I get maybe 4 cycles on green mode(8 hr TOTAL runtime) before the battery dies. The instructions were vague on operation but here's the gist of it: BLUE: 10 sprays with a 10 second interval in between, after that, 1 spray every 5 minutes for 3 hrs GREEN:10 sprays with a 10 second interval in between, after that, 1 spray every 30 seconds for 2 hrs YELLOW: 10 sprays with a 15 second interval in between, after that, 1 spray every 2 minutes for 5 hrs RED: 1 spray every 10 minutes for 8 hours

I tried many high-end, pricey oil diffusers, but found them to be noisy, ineffective (not putting out enough oil), or finicky about the viscosity of oil they need. But this diffuser is different. It is very quiet, puts out ample puffs of scented oil, and takes a wide range of oils without fuss. It is generally easy to use. It has excellent build quality. No, the oil will not leak if you use the gasket as provided. My only gripe is that the instructions do not explain very well the 4 operating modes, and that makes it arguably 'less easy to use.' If the manufacturer could better explain the 4 operating modes, this device would be 5-star flawless. (Mfg: take a look at the product descriptions of other diffusers, and you'll see the format they consistently use to describe working time and break time.) If the manufacturer could add an app to configure run time / break time, it would be high above the rest.

For those looking for replacement caps click the link to their store "Colobles Store" under the item description or search "Replacement caps for Waterless Diffuser, Easy to Quick Replacement and Compatible with All Kind of 10-ml、15-ml Essential Oil Bottles（2pack)" Much easier than using a water diffuser and gives off a stronger scent for a longer period of time without the fuss. Currently using a combo of frankincense, lavender and vanilla from plant therapy. And, like it can be charged up and taken anywhere.
