What an excellent product with exceptional customer service! The air purifier is quiet and really circulates air well with the top fan oscillating in multiple directions. There is an outer and an inner filter. The outer collects a lot of dust (we have a wood stove running continuously) and is very easy to clean. Filters are not expensive and are washable. We initially had a problem with the top fan not oscillating correctly. Customer service responded very quickly and politely and walked us through some attempts to solve the problem. When the problem continued, they replaced the unit for us, which has worked perfectly. I highly recommend this air purifier. It works very well and if you do have a problem, you have excellent support. You can't get much better than that.

A good machine for a med, or small bedroom. Very light to carry it around and a size to put it where ever you want it. I bought it as a combo with the bigger machine made by them. It has a oil scent add on the top which is nice when you are trying to sleep at night and you want to smell peppermint. It does have sensitive touch buttons, lol so becarefull when your trying to get your settings the way you want them. Filter in the machine seems to last alot longer than their bigger version. It comes with a timer settting, a night light, and for the money I think it was worth it.

UPDATE: After writing this review, I was contacted by Aroeve customer support, who were incredibly prompt and helpful. I received the option of replacing the unit or a refund, which was handled quickly and professionally. I'm definitely interested in other Aroeve products, given the positive experience I had. First off, as a fan/air purifier, this unit works really great -- when it works as intended. Clears smoke, keeps rooms smelling great, and other air quality monitors I have in my place seem to agree. But there have been issues: My wi-fi signal in my apartment is strong -- I have multiple devices connected in the room where I typically keep this unit, but for some reason it started frequently sending me notifications that the wi-fi signal was too weak, resulting in the unit powering down. I moved the unit even closer to my router, and although I no longer get any wi-fi strength notifications, the unit still frequently powers itself down or changes settings on its own, all without timers being set or having it on "auto". This has been especially frustrating on warmer days, when the fan will change to Low speed or shut off in a room where I don't have air conditioning. App control is decent, although a number of options aren't found in intuitive places. Control of the unit through the touchscreen on the body is frustrating, although they include a "quick reference" guide to help you through all of the oddly-labeled buttons. I was hoping that there might be a way to factory reset the unit, but haven't figured that out yet. Apparently Aroeve has an updated version of this unit, so maybe they figured out some of the issues.

Used in my nail salon and used in the cats room next to the litter box. It really helps clear the air. I would definitely recommend. Its also not that loud. It's on and unless your really listening you can't hear it.

Works great. I use the Tuya Smart Life app along with some of my other devices which is a plus cannot control the fan direction yourself with The app you have to pause it when it gets to where you want it at during its oscillation but excellent air purifier. Fan has good speed but this thing is very big and short so you would have to put it up somewhere for it to be truly effective or in the middle of the room. I have mine sitting on a table then a chair. I'm going to move it to my bedroom and get a tower fan for my movie theater room. The aromatherapy sponge kind of works but not really. It just runs air across. Whatever you drop on the sponge. He'd be better off putting a mini air freshener in there I do especially like the fact that it automatically detects pollution and adjust itself accordingly. It is Wi-Fi enabled and works great with my Google home assistant. I named it the eye of soramon which is fitting. This thing actually cleans really well and has a good fan. Like I said it's just a little bit wide. Nice filter set up. That's all I can say nice filter set up. That's all I can say
