This is an excellent foundation. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s very lightweight but buildable. It doesn’t sink into lines and it has the feel of wearing no makeup. Normally I buy this foundation through Sephora but when I’m lucky I can find it on Amazon and save a little money. This foundation comes in a myriad of shades and it can take some experimentation to determine what one is best for you. You can purchase the mini size on Sephora for this purpose. I've used this foundation for 15 yrs. I love it and use it with a primer to help smooth out my large pores. I get so many compliments on my complexion. I notice especially in photographs. I am 63. I use 5.5. It is darker than my skin, but once its on you can't tell. It blend seamlessly into my neckline. When I received this, I thought the color was off and the consistency was thinner than what I'm used to. I though maybe because I was at the bottom of my last bottle. I decided to order from the dept store. When it arrived I compared the two. Yes, this was a little darker and warmer than the department store purchase. Also the consistency was thinner. So when I say I don't know, I mean I don't know if it is a legitimate Armani product of if its outdated.
