I should have reviewed these sooner. I purchased these for a concert outfit in the Spring. I was not disappointed. The fit is TTS I would say. They are a little stiff at first. But easily worn after a few wears. I do recommend wearing them before an actual night out on your feet to break them in a bit. Great Quality. Super cute!

If you do not properly care for your leather shoes and also expect them to feel great the first time you put them on ignore this review. Buy a size larger. NOW THAT'S OUT OF THE WAY... These little booties are beautiful and comfortable now. I don't have a big collection of shoes but I have a handful of pairs of good leather shoes. I regularly oil and/or grease my shoes (1). I take them to a cobbler for work on the soles or repairs as needed. I wear size 7.5 I ordered and received size 7.5. They fit properly. Like most good leather shoes (2), they are slightly uncomfortable on the first few wears, pinching the heel and my toes a bit... However, over time these shoes have become more and more comfortable the more I wear them. The leather stretches, no more heel pinching, or toe pinching. They're my go to slip on shoes. They have a good balance built in. I have arthritis in my knees and totally flat shoes hurt my knees and it's difficult to find shoes with a heel that also distributes my weight in a way that does not stress my knees. No knee pain :)! I give these ten stars for that. I also decided to buy another pair because of the great balance and my pain free knees. I may buy a third pair in another color... Notes: 1. I oil and or grease my shoes every 2-4 months depending on amount of wear and weather. 2. Perfection is impossible for a good made by human hands but leather shoes, with leather soles and hand stitching tend to be more easily repaired/maintained in shoe repair stores. As long as you take proper care they last many years. 3. If I bought a bigger pair they'd feel great at first but over time the leather would still stretch but I would lose a lot of the support to keep my ankles and feet properly aligned.

Excellent quality and very beautifully crafted boots. I was supposed to return these, but the moment I opened the box I fell in love with them. My other half thought they looked too good on me to return. Sooooo buy these! They look good, they feel good, just remember they are leather and so you need to stretch out the ankles for comfortable wear.

I wear a normal everyday size 7 in everything. I’ve owned ariat paddock boots and still have them a decade later. They never hurt my feet as bad as these and there crazy tight. Rubbing my heels raw. Very disappointed for the money spent on them I can barely walk in them for more than 1/2 hr without my heels rubbed raw and my back throbbing. Idk if they’re outsourcing their work now that they’ve become famous to the world not just equestrians as they once were but it definitely isn’t the quality, size and quality that they once were. Especially for the price tag that comes with them.

Based on some of the reviews about sizing, I initially ordered a half-size bigger (9 1/2) than my normal size (9) and found that they were too big. I returned them for my normal size, and they fit perfectly. The boots are marked that size 9 US is size 40 European; I wish that this had been clear in the description, as I would have ordered 9 the first time around. They are super comfortable, with no breaking in period required for me. They are also very versatile--I can dress them up or down, and wear them with or without socks. Love these boots!!
