Writing this review 3 years after purchasing. I still own and wear these at least weekly. They have been through hundreds of hikes (snow, mud, creeks, rocky terrain, etc), horseback riding, even whitewater rafting - and have held up so well! Besides being chronically dirty, these are in as good of shape as the day I got them. They are supportive and never fall off my feet despite the stickiest mud traps. They have great traction and have saved this clutz from falling more times than I can count. True to size. I pretty much wear them to anything I wouldn't want to wear my nicer sneakers to! By far my favorite purchase for hiking in the last decade!

I love these boots. I work on a horse farm and have been wearing them for years. I used to get them from Boot Barn, but they are no longer carrying them. They are super comfortable and durable! Great product! I will continue to wear them as long as Ariat keep making them.

I love how they look, thereโs no other hiking boot that looks like theses. They are very solid yet comfortable. The only issue is they run about a half size big. I went on her to return them and they were completely out of my size.

This is the first Ariat shoe I've ever worn or purchased, other than just trying on Ariat at the store. I typically wear size 9 in most brands for work and play shoes, but 8.5 for dress shoes. My foot is average to slightly narrowed. I have gotten a neuroma in my left 4th toe about 2 weeks after beginning to wear these shoes daily. Just fact, not an allegation. My left foot is slightly larger than my right. I got these boots for outdoor yardwork to include digging and traversing near shallow waters, for summertime. I find this boot to retain more heat and have less ventilation than I wished for. The overall outsole seems good, and I'm not writing off the Ariat brand entirely, but I don't recommend this boot for myself any longer.

I probably would have preferred getting the waterproof version because water went through the leather when I was walking through water soaked grass and ankle high puddles. The boots dried beautifully and remain comfortable and easy to walk/hike in.
