These boots are pretty good so far. They defiently seem heavy but that's cause there steel toe. They look nice and I didn't really have any issues breaking them in. To me they seem to get tight around the ankle region from time to time but will wear back in after wearing them again. I wear mine for 10.5 hours plus a day so having a comfortable boot is important to me. Most days I can wear these far beyond that and be ok until I get to like Friday then my feet are getting sore but that could easily be blamed on my work floors to. For folks with sensitive feet you may want to get better insoles or be aware these may not get you through a whole week without some discomfort but I still am satisfied with mine. ... show more

Get a full size smaller or at least half a size smaller than you normally wear. I originally bought these in a US10 (what I wear in every other shoe) and they were just too big. Very long and loose. Returned and got a 9.5, they were still long and loose. The 9.5 in these boots is still bigger than a 10 in both other steele toe boots and sneakers. Also the factory foam inserts suck. The fit felt loose at first, until he was used to them. These boots look great and make great work boots (industrial electrical worker). Price is comparable here with other stores, but the shipping is much faster.
