I have worn these boots daily for work (office/manufacturing environment) for a year. Most of my time is at a desk in the office, but I also walk the factory floor, labs, and various worksites around the globe. I also use them for yard work. Over the years, I have tried many brands and styles, including Dr Martens, Red Wing, and Timberland. These are both the comfiest and most fashionable. I have gotten many compliments at work (which I would never have expected). They are also very easy to put on (I hate tying laces). In the pictures, you can see my old pair (right, worn daily for a year), and my new pair (left side). I don't need to get a new pair, but my company has a yearly work shoe stipend. Even after a year of daily use, they are still in excellent condition. Highly recommended, at least for use cases similar to mine. ... show more

When i first got the boots they were a little tight across the top of the foot. After a couple of weeks they seem to break in. Even though they were a wide boot I wish they were little bit wider. Maybe a box toe would be better. Overall a very good boot

The Ariat Groundbreaker Chelsea Waterproof Steel Toe Work Boots are hands down the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever worn! From the moment I slipped them on, I was amazed at how well they fit and how cushioned they felt. The waterproof feature is a huge plus, keeping my feet dry no matter the weather, and the steel toe provides all the protection I need without feeling heavy or bulky. The boots are incredibly lightweight, yet they offer excellent support throughout long hours on my feet. The Chelsea style makes them super easy to slip on and off, and the durability is top-notch. Whether I’m working on a construction site or running errands, these boots are always comfortable and keep my feet feeling fresh. My boots came today, first impressions- Price was a little on the higher end, but I am willing to pay the extra price for a boot that will last longer. That is what the Ariat brand is known for. So as far as price goes, I'm okay with it. Comfort is important, and as someone who struggles with plantar fasciitis I will say that when I wear these boots it really eases the pain of walking. I haven't worn them long, but in the short period that I have worn them I do think they will help a lot. They feel tight around the toes, but I expect them to loosen up more after breaking them in. Getting them on is actually pretty easy. They have two pull handles on the front and back to make it easy to slide on your foot. Huge plus. They seem to be built very well, however only time will tell. I work in rough terrain doing heavy construction. In a few months I will write a follow up review. My litmus test is that a boot should hold up well for 6 months, and fairly well for at least a year. Anything more than that is a bonus. I'll let you know how they do. They look very nice and stylish. I would wear them outside of work for sure. ... show more

Purchased these on recommendation of a friend. Left one was a bit bigger than the right one. Right one was perfect. Left one a bit loose fitting? Figured oh well I can still wear them. When walking on uneven ground having a bit of stability and balance issue. So sent them back with replacement pair coming. 2nd pair was exactly the opposite. Now the Right one fit loose but not as bad as the first Left one. If I could exchange the 2nd right one for the first right one I would have a good fitting pair. Have since just decided to keep them and live with the miss fit. Not bad but noticeable every time I put them on. Now here's the rub, I contacted the company by e mail got a immediate response saying a case had been opened. Waited a week or two no response. Sent another e mail and to this date still no response. I wont be ever buying any foot wear products from this company or recommend them. Will certainly be expressing my opinion to those I know. ... show more
