My wife bought this and I had to install it. I had a little bit of leaking at the T connection initially, but just used teflon tape to fix that. I really didn't know how these things were used, but to my surprise they work very well and I recommend this product. This unit is very easy to install in my opinion. One thing I noticed is that if you don't press the off switch it will drip at the nozzle in the toilet, not a lot, but just make sure you press the off button. This might just be mine, I'm not sure. I'm not sure how this is going to work with cold water in the winter, but I have suggested getting a fancier model that heats the water! ... show more

So after many years of envying my Brother and sister in laws bidet and reading the reviews I thought this was an affordable way to see what the hype was about. The unit was easy to install took about 15 minutes. I don’t quite understand the reviews that say the stream of water wasn’t strong enough and I can only say that the people saying that must either have poor water pressure or need to think about changing their diets. Now I walk through my day with a sense of superiority glancing around wondering who has one of these clean machines and who is still just smearing around their waste without washing it away. At first I was hesitant to purchase because the price was so low. But I figured I would give it a try. Go glad I did. This bidet is perfect! It was installed by my son who said it was super easy to install. He only used the gasket provided and did not need anything else. There are no leaks. Not sure why others had leaks... August 26, 2023 - Setup was pretty simple. It is important to remember the three-way fitting attaches to the underside of the tank not to the stop at the wall. Place the included large rubber gasket tapered side up into the big fitting which attaches to the underside of the tank. Use the included plumber's tape on any male threads. Take it slow and be careful to avoid cross threading connections. No leaks so far and the water flow is on point and adjustable. Cold water only. Simple operation - one button for tushi, second button does tushi and a bit forward. Back button stops them all or if you hold it down it performs self-cleaning. Knob adjusts the water flow rate. It was easy to install and I like that you can adjust the water pressure after you press the button you need. Beware... in the instructions, you need a washer on the t-joint where the joint meets the basin and where the water line meets the t-joint. This one didn't come with any washers so I reused the one I had and then had to buy a new one from Home Depot. You can't buy them individually so I had to sped $4.50 on a small set of washers. You could buy this and just take the washer out. It'd be cheaper than going and buying the one i got from Home Depot (https://www.amazon.com/Fluidmaster-B1T09CS-Connector-Braided-Stainless/dp/B005SPBVO6). Besides the missing washer, it took me less than 20 minutes to install and I'm certainly no plumber. ... show more

I really like the new bidet which works as expected. I like the ease of installation and use. Had I known about this item sooner I would have purchased it before I had surgery. It would have been wonderful when I first came home and had more difficulty moving arms and shoulders.
