I was sent the wrong size. I ordered an 8x10 and ended up with something closer to a 6x9. The rug is super soft and I like it, so im keeping it for under my table instead. However, when trying to contact the department, there is no option for a partial refund due to size difference, only to return the product.

A beautiful rug at a great price. I love coming home to this rug! The sight of it promotes joy, and it has a luxuriously soft feel. Some rugs look fine from afar but up close they're far from fine... this one looks stunning in pictures and up close. Also, I can confirm that the wrinkles from being folded in a box completely disappear in a day. I recommend and would buy it again.

Rug is very soft, wrinkles and creases flattened out immediately after we unboxed and got it into place. I have washed it 2x now and it has held up and goes back to laying flat after it’s been washed. Will purchase again from this company.
