I like the price value of this item, compared to big name brands miller, Lincoln electric ect. This flux core wire was awesome. Low splatter with great looking welds. "mind you im using a cheap Chicago 110v flux core" and i was genuinely suprised in the welding ability while i was making mounts for my harley. It was easy to setup and easy to use. Works just as it should. Fit right on my spool of my welder.

I recently tried out the ARCCAPTAIN Flux Core Welding Wire for a series of DIY welding projects, and I was quite pleased with the results. This wire works really well with my Lincoln welder, making it a great choice for various mild steel tasks. One of the things I really like about this wire is how smoothly it feeds through the welder. This makes a big difference, especially when working on longer welds. The bead quality is excellent, and it produces a consistent, clean weld with minimal spatter, which means less cleanup afterward. Using it for some mild steel repairs and small fabrication projects, I found it performed admirably. The welds were strong and looked professional, even without any gas shielding. The convenience of gasless welding is a huge plus for me, as it simplifies the setup and makes outdoor welding much easier. On the downside, it does produce a bit more smoke than solid wire with gas, but that's to be expected with flux core wire. As long as you have good ventilation, it's not a big issue. This welding wire has definitely earned a spot in my workshop for its reliability and ease of use. It's perfect for DIY enthusiasts like myself who need a dependable wire for various welding projects.

I've only been welding for a bit and recently noticed my old spool getting low, seemed like a good bet with all the positive reviews and was it! Not sure what brand wire I used B4 from HF but this is significantly better and has like 70% less spatter. This is the 2nd 2lb spool I've ever used so I'm no expert but the difference is very noticeable.
