From the minute I opened the box I was impressed. There is more in this kit than I thought. I am used to getting 'sets' of things and finding out I got a lot of repeats in different colors. In the case of the Arayker Car Wrap tool kit, other than the replacement blades for cutters and scrapers, and felt for the squeegees, every tool has a different purpose. The tools help ... Cutting vinyl, such as safety cutter that looks like a letter opener - but it has a straight edge razor inside, Xacto knife and blade and a detail knife like I use for crafts. Placing vinyl, such as non-static gloves, super strong magnets, and soft contour tools. Applying vinyl, such as all kinds of squeegees and scrapers, hard and soft, large and small, straight and curved. I appreciate that this kit made short work of applying cling vinyl to some kitchen cabinets. My job went faster and came out better after I abandoned my kitchen scissors and the tiny rubber blade that came inside the roll of vinyl, in favor of this set. I especially like the wider tools because I was working with a perfectly flat surface. The real reason I ordered this kit is coming up. I want to do a custom wrap on my kitchen aid stand mixer. If it comes out well I can see a business opportunity. Not using the stickers you see on E**y, but an actual wrap. For this next project I can see I already have the tools I need. This time there will be a lot of small spaces and curves to deal with. I will focus on the detail and smaller tools. I will post a pic if it comes out well. If it doesn't come out well it is my fault and not the tool's because there is every variation I could possibly need. My only note is that in attempting to make this set as full featured as possible some of the tools have different edges on different sides. Rather than having one edge and a handle. Some of them got a little uncomfortable on my hands after a while. Still, considering that I just needed to add vinyl and I'm ready to start applying, I think this set is a very good value.

I picked this up for a small DIY project applying vinyl on parts of my car, and it came with more tools than I initially thought I would need. Some of them, like the squeegees and gloves, made a clear difference when trying to avoid bubbles and scratches. The magnets were surprisingly helpful when positioning the vinyl before applying it. That said, not every tool in the kit feels equally durable. A couple of the smaller pieces seem like they might wear out quickly with repeated use. Also, if you’re new to this type of work, there’s a bit of a learning curve to understand which tool to use and when. Still, for someone starting out or doing occasional projects, it covers most of the basics in one package.
