The product arrived fast, was well packed and in perfect condition. While there were no assembly instructions it became quickly obvious how to plug the components together, we had it in our koi pond within minutes. The unit is very quiet and small so visually unobtrusive as well. We have 24 koi most over 24” long in our 3,800 gallon koi pond and while the pond already had great filtration and surface agitation from robust fountains and spitters we felt the augmentation of underwater aeration would allow our filter to operate more efficiently and the added oxygen would be effective for boosting our koi’s immune system and be helpful in maintaining good water quality in the winter months. We are very pleased with the purchase.

The only dislike is that the rubber hose was not heavy enough to sink without added weights. I added short pipe sections to hold the hose down.

We bought this to replace another aerator that went bad. It is quiet and you can adjust the rate of aeration. The tubing is black and inconspicuous. Since we have been using it the water quality is definitely better!

I’ve noticed that the diffusers stop working at the 5 foot level and the hose can’t be too long!! This means the pump is not powerful enough!!! Also the hotter the air is , the less air it pushes!
