I love this equipment! Since I began doing regular workouts (3x/week) with AquaLogic fins etc. I have found a change in my body that I couldn't get from the gym. I have worked out my entire life and now in midlife, there are exercises and certain things (like running) that my body just can't do anymore. I especially love this equipment because I get an excellent toning workout without the soreness I get used to get from weight lifting. It's much better on my aging body. I would recommend this product wholeheartedly.

I was so excited to try this, having knee problems it was an alternative that I could do. These are amazing, easy to use and the hand capsules float. I am at the beginner stage with the green, but I can feel the resistance and enjoy working out...best thing, my knee doesn’t bother me a bit!

I like being able to do multiple exercises in the pool. It makes working out enjoyable. I wouldn’t mind a little more resistance though.

Bought these when we built the pool; they’re a great way to burn calories and tone up with options for an easy or hard workout just depends on what you want. Won’t be disappointed!!

Well made and easy to use, just wish there was a greater size difference between the black and green and would like an additional larger than the blue size. Overall, very happy with the product.
