If you’re planning to keep this light in a studio or use on location where you know there’s outlets close-by, it’s basically a slam dunk addition to your arsenal. Love using the Sidus Link app to control this light alongside all of my other Aputure lights. Love this light a lot. Very powerful brightness, great saturated colors, definitely well built, no cheap pieces or anything, the size of it is your standard slightly larger size light but shouldn’t matter as long as you’re not shooting in super tight spaces. Super simple to use with lots of different functions, easy to transport with the case provided. Overall a great bang for buck piece of equipment and isn’t too big or too small.

I gave it a 4 star only cause my unit came defective, if not It would have gotten 5 stars. I primarily used it in a small room really close to the wall, so I had to lower the power all the way down to 1%. Color intensity was very good, but the build quality is very cheap as it's mainly made out of plastic. I only got to use the item twice for a total of 40 minutes, after each use I would unplug it. When I went to use it the 3rd time It would no longer even power on regardless of what power outlet I used and could not turn it on via the app, as I no longer would see the device. Now I do use some Aputure lights I've had for years like the 120D II, 300D II, and those have been rock solid but come at a much higher cost. So keep that in mind.
