I bought this Apple Watch refurbished and honestly I’m really impressed. The watch arrived in excellent condition with almost no visible signs of use. The battery health was at 99%, which was a huge plus and basically feels like a new device. Everything works perfectly — sensors, display, and connectivity with my iPhone. If you’re considering a refurbished Apple Watch, this is definitely a great option and a good way to save money while still getting a device that feels almost brand new.

I purchased this watch as a renewed premium item a few months ago with a maximum battery capacity at 90%. Three months later it is at 89% so it appears to have good battery health. Over all I am glad I purchased this watch. I wanted to try out the newer Ultra watches but didn’t want to pay full price. I’m glad I did. I run and used to track my progress with my iPhone but I don’t really like carrying with me. The fitness data collection such as steps, heart rate and workouts have really helped me out. The durability of the watch is outstanding and although I have dropped it twice I have yet to scratch it. Though I did break a screen protector that I put on it when I dropped it. Calling on the watch is nice when I have to take the call and I haven’t had any complaints about being able to hear me. My only complaint is I am not wild about the band that came with it. It appears to be an Apple original band but it is easy for the c shape clasps to come off during heavy usage such as pushups when the hand is angled backward the metal clip pushes off the band and falls off. I have had this happen a few times and caused the watch to fall off onto the floor. I’m not too worried about this as I plan on replacing the band when I find one I like. It is really clever and easy to remove the bands for replacement. Nice engineering on that. I don’t really use much of the other apps other than fitness or weather and of course time. But there are many and with the large screen they are easy to use and the interface easy to navigate. When it comes time to replace the watch I am sure I will purchase another Apple Watch, though I am uncertain if it will be new since I had good luck with this renewed purchase.

Upgraded to this from a Series 4 I have been using since 2018. It was still fine, but I was ready for something new. I got this for $356 including tax. A similar Ultra 2 was another $100, and a new Ultra 3 would have been $850. The differences between the these newer models are not groundbreaking and not worth an extra $ in my opinion, so I am pleased. That said, I was a bit nervous about the condition this would arrive in, given original Ultra debuted in Sept 2022. So I opted for the Renewed Premium hoping that would mitigate risk. It arrived in pristine condition (with a quality charger and a blue ocean band) and the watch honestly appears to maybe have never been used. The battery was 100% completely dead and in a deep state of hibernation. It took 45 mins on a charger to just wake up, and then a software upgrade took another 30 mins or so. But it is up and running now and humming right along. Battery health rated at 100%. Solid purchase.

Well, this is the second time I’m writing this review because it was just erased as I was at the end of it. Just wanted to upload a couple more detailed photos. Left the app for two minutes and came back to reboot home page. Anyhow, I am very pleased with this watch. The only problem that I think I have is that the battery life is at 80% And when I say life, I don’t mean remaining I mean it’s overall capacity to regain a charge which just means it has already begun to degrade, which technically is happening to every battery. However, for this one, I feel like it might affect its battery life however, when in comparison to my series 4 watch, it is night and day well actually several days better battery life. I mean this watch really does it all with all the high-tech gizmos and gadgets, you could expect from a contraption this Awesome. I mean it’s pretty lightweight but really big screen which I’d like and thinks really important considering all the display information you can cram onto it plus it has GPS and all kinds of other nifty features even functions as a dive watch. What I do like is when it arrived it was packaged well and arrived in immaculate condition. Didn’t have any smudges on it and crust and it seemed to be brand new. There has to be something said about buying something that’s remanufactured also because I think to some degree, it means that it’s been vetted meaning that it’s been put through the test and if something had failed well it’s definitely been fixed by the time I got to me and now I feel like I have a reliable watch at a great price. One notable feature that is becoming one of my favorites is the band itself which I had originally ordered another case with a band for it however, after comparison, this one is far superior as far as comfort, adjustability and ease of use I trust it out Surfing and I like how comfortable it is because there is a little bit of stretch and cushion in it, but not enough to ever have it feel loose It’s comfortable to wear all day and night. The only odd thing that I’ve experienced with it, I can’t understand is how sometimes it seems to be solely connected to my phone, even though I have it as its own line of service meaning it can clearly operate and understand things from the Internet without the use of my phone and at times I try to rely on it for these things and complications that I have and the data has to load oddly however, when I am away from my phone, it’s always there ready for me to access. I gotta say having that little orange button on the side and programming it to be an immediate flashlight has been very handy and then I’ll spin it around on my wrist so it’s facing down and it works great to light up a dark space. In the settings, I was able to go and find out about the battery life and it was so easy to find out and to see that it was just over 80%, which technically is the lowest level I believe that it can be to qualify for this program of being refurbished, would’ve thought it might’ve been closer to 90 being such a new device, but I guess that’s what I could expect and that’s why I gave it four stars even though it is a product worthy of five.

I ordered this watch based on all of the positive reviews. I received the 1st watch, and at a first glance it looked great. The battery arrived dead, so I threw it on the charger and set it up. I checked the battery after setting it up (you have to set it up to see the battery percentage), and it was at 93%. Not what I had hoped, but not a deal breaker. Once it charged I checked it over more carefully and saw that the coating on the rear sensor was peeling off. It was noticeable, and assumed the issue would only get worse. I figured mistakes happen and stuff gets missed, so I wasn't too bothered by it. I boxed it up, brought it to Staples, and waited almost 2 weeks for my refund. Once my refund came, I immediately ordered another one. 2 days later another watch showed up. I carefully looked it over and it was in great shape. The battery was dead on this one as well, so I put it on the charger, and set up the watch. Once it was set up, I checked the battery health. This watch had a health of 88%. Renewed Premium is supposed to be above 90%. I again boxed it up, and dropped it off at Staples, and now have to wait for another refund. For a little bit more money, I'll just buy an Apple Refurbished watch. Tried to save some money, and now it'll be over a month of hassle of dropping off watches and waiting for refunds when I could've spent a bit more and been happy with my purchase.

I was rather hesitant to purchase a Renewed Apple product, and to be honest the only reason I considered it was because, for the first time ever I was fresh off the heels of a terrible experience with Apple themselves. This is now my 5th Apple Watch, the one purchased prior, was me finally upgrading to the 7th gen cellular version which I only had less than a year, the back glass in my opinion exploded and cracked when it was on the charger, however I was informed by Apple staff that I must’ve dropped it or hit it, no way it could’ve cracked on the charger when it snapped to it or overheated … because dropping an Apple Watch or hitting it somehow made more sense, when the front glass hadn’t a scuff or mark on it, was told I couldn’t get back glass replaced due to supply issues, I’d be better off just buying new watch etc and so on… I have next to 25 Apple products, and not one have been damaged, still have first iPad, still holds charge, first Apple Watch, undamaged and still holds charge and so on. In any event I was in to heck with it mode…. I need an Apple Watch for its almost a necessity for me now at work sad to say. I wanted a larger screen so I figured I’d give this a try, I am not disappointed in the least so far, in fact only impressed as this by far is the best Apple Watch out of the 5 I own, that all still work. Back to the 7th gen with cracked back glass, it as well still operates, but because the glass where all the vital sensors are held is cracked, it sent all of the sensors in overdrive and cut my battery life on it by 75%, so usable but just not reliable any longer. I will hold onto it in case I can find someone to change the screen. This Ultra watch is fascinating, the battery life is incredible in comparison to all previous models… currently on wrist right now at 48hrs and it’s at 59%… a winner! larger screen makes it easier to see the details and so on. The delivery was on time, well packaged, easy setup, and not one reason to contact seller… I am 100% satisfied with product and seller, and will use them in the future if I perhaps need them… thanks !

The watch itself is very nice and professional in its styling. But I have one question, can Apple actually sell a watch where the band isn’t a hunk of $h17 that needs to be replaced immediately. First off, the band on mine arrived damaged such that the part that slides into one end won’t latch. Secondly, I have a large wrist so that probably plays a role but getting this on and off (mostly on) is a feat of endurance. I’ve ordered a band that I hope makes it much better. Also, this watch is a replacement for an older model and it took hours to load. Now that it’s done it seems ok but I’ll be watching it to see if any other functions are sluggish. This was bought refurbished so might play a part in my experience, not sure.
