Arrived in an Amazon renewed box. In near perfect condition. There are some very minor scratches on the band. Battery life is at 99% so can’t ask for better. Saved a good chunk on a great watch.     • Twice Burned - Won't Be A Third

I ordered this watch based on all of the positive reviews. I received the 1st watch, and at a first glance it looked great. The battery arrived dead, so I threw it on the charger and set it up. I checked the battery after setting it up (you have to set it up to see the battery percentage), and it was at 93%. Not what I had hoped, but not a deal breaker. Once it charged I checked it over more carefully and saw that the coating on the rear sensor was peeling off. It was noticeable, and assumed the issue would only get worse. I figured mistakes happen and stuff gets missed, so I wasn't too bothered by it. I boxed it up, brought it to Staples, and waited almost 2 weeks for my refund. Once my refund came, I immediately ordered another one. 2 days later another watch showed up. I carefully looked it over and it was in great shape. The battery was dead on this one as well, so I put it on the charger, and set up the watch. Once it was set up, I checked the battery health. This watch had a health of 88%. Renewed Premium is supposed to be above 90%. I again boxed it up, and dropped it off at Staples, and now have to wait for another refund. For a little bit more money, I'll just buy an Apple Refurbished watch. Tried to save some money, and now it'll be over a month of hassle of dropping off watches and waiting for refunds when I could've spent a bit more and been happy with my purchase. ... show more

After reading many reviews in different tiers of renewed, I decided to go with the Apple Ultra Platinum Renewed Watch. When I received it, it came in Factory packaging with everything in it. Protective coatings as well. I would never be able to tell this watch was renewed. It looks to be completely brand new! It is a perfect watch for me. I like bigger watches like Aragon, Android and Invicta so for an iWatch, I wanted bigger. The 49mm size is perfect. The watch functions perfectly and no issues at all. The battery lasts all day and over night. I only charge it while getting ready for work and it’s fully charged when I put it back on. The newer Ultra 2 has some upgrades but if you compare the two and find the added upgrades on the Ultra 2 aren’t worth the extra money, this is perfect for you! Super happy with this purchase and would definitely buy a Platinum Renewed item from Amazon again. ... show more

I believe this was a great deal. The actual watch is essentially in pristine condition; it looks basically new. The battery health is at 95%. It did come super discharged, so it had to sit on the charger for about 30 minutes before I could start the setup process. Why 4 stars? * Shipping took a lot longer than expected (about a week?), without many updates. In Amazon's defense, they did promise the watch by a certain date and it arrived then, I was just confused about why it wasn't "moving" for 3 days. * The ocean band that came with it does not appear to be OEM. Quite flimsy, and it the buckle does not seem to hold well at all. ... show more

This is a good one. I had an Apple Watch 6 and it was at the end of its useful life. So I got this. Amazon did an excellent job restoring it. It’s like new. Battery life is better than expected. The price was excellent. I don’t subscribe to it on my cellphone plan but I’ve used it for Bluetooth calls and it works fine. Just keep in mind that there’s no warranty on it and no way to get one. ... show more

Saw somewhat mixed reviews about battery life and condition. Took the chance and glad I did! Battery charged right up to 100% and not a single defect/scratch anywhere on the watch. I will say I question the authenticity of the ocean band but not a deal breaker. Only thing I didn’t care for was that the charger is clearly a cheap aftermarket but, it does work.
