This renewed Apple Watch Ultra was about the same price as a new Series 9. At this price, I couldn’t beat the screen and battery life of the Ultra. Cons: The package was not an original Apple box. Not a big deal to me. It did include a charger, but the old USB-A charger. Not a newer USB-C version. The band looks like an Apple OEM band and the Velcro is top notch. But the metal bits that slide into the watch itself are a bit undersized. There’s no worry of the band coming off, but it rattles. There is daytime a bit of play. I purchased another Apple-brand watch band, and it fits perfectly. No rattle. So I assume the included band was either a pretty good knock-off or was the wrong model for this watch. Pros: Everything else. The watch has performed great. The screen is huge (for a watch) and the battery easily lasts two days. WatchOS reports the battery health as 97%. Any scuffs or marks in the case can only be seen if you look REALLY closely. The screen is perfect. It really is like new. ... show more

Well- the main item that you really care about arrived in great shape - battery health at a literal 99% and very minimal blemish on titanium case. Tested upon arrival and got 38 hours of batt life with a swim, 1.5 hour workout a 1 mile run and a 10 min jump rope within that time frame Issue: The watch band they sent is an obvious knockoff- the connection point of the band sits loose *see image* and the quality does not match the apple alpine loop. Initially I thought the watch was the issue so I purchased an apple band and a knockoff band here and both worked seamlessly- just the band they sent The watch charger they sent is extremely cheap knockoff $5 charger - it will not fast charge your watch I also purchased apples usb-c watch charger and it charged from 1% to 100 in 1.25 hours The charger they sent took about 2.5 hours Given that I don’t mind the alternative bands you find here for $10 and the charger was on $30 I still feel it was a good deal at the price I got it for the impeccable shape of the actual watch When I called Amazon about the band they said I’d need to return the entire watch to receive a new one with a new band - asked for purchase credit for the cost to replace the band they said I’d need to sent the entire watch back - very unwilling to work with me. Given the fact this watch is in this condition with 99% battery I didn’t want to take my chance on the next one being in poorer condition so I cut my losses and call it fair ... show more

We only had the product for a week, and we had to return it because it wasn’t working anymore. The screen was black.. I sent the product back and ask for a refund. The refund has not been issued yet on my account. When will I be seeing that into my account?

I did a LOT of research, and over a few months decided to go with the Amazon route. I had been looking on FB Marketplace and other places, and thought the safe bet would be getting the older Ultra with at least a little security on returns. The watch is great, the battery lasts almost a week for me. I haven't used the "workout" features yet so, it may change. Features I like: - The ECG feature that tests for A-fib feature and other heart measures. - The camera feature that saves from setting a timer on my iPhone. I prefer the bigger size of the Ultra, and the other usual features work great! UPDATE: Watch is still great, but the included charger only charges to about 75%. I will try and charge overnight, and it always stops at around 75%. ... show more
