Only good things to say re: seller and condition of watch! Bought for elderly mother to help if she falls mainly and I've been wearing it to learn before handing it over. Haven't tried fall feature yet, will update. I am less than thrilled with Apple's design of the product and accuracy of sleep monitor and tracking workouts. My comparison is to an older Fitbit. Apple shouldn't require that sleep monitor is tied into sleep schedule and alarm. Won't track naps or if you don't sleep when scheduled. If you turn off schedule, won't give REM, Deep, etc. details, just time asleep, if that. Also, doesn't automatically track when I'm walking/running for workout outdoors, can understand if it takes a few minutes to realize, but it seems not to register that I've been walking for 20 minutes, which by that time I don't see the point of tracking it. You can manually start tracking workout, but seems like Fitbit did this better. Logs steps and miles fine if that's all you need though. It reminds me of one of those baby chicken computers that kids got to have them get a sense of minding a real baby, have to constantly input things for it to work. Also, it seems to interfere with my phone ringing or alerting me to calls or texts, vibrating on my wrist if I'm lucky, or if I'm sleeping, not so lucky. Fitbit, though obviously did many fewer things, just logged stuff. The watch, while it's cool it monitors oxygen saturation, the software gives ranges that don't explain much. Maybe the paid version does better? Also, when I wear a headset to listen to music via watch, doesn't work. Headset during calls doesn't work and believe it's supposed to. Has to be charged pretty much daily. Constantly vibrating to stand, record thoughts, etc. I mean I can probably set it otherwise, but again, feels like I'm minding a computer baby. Sometimes the band that came with it and watch itself causes a rash. Good ideas, bad execution. For the problems, not sure if I would get one for myself. For my Mom, will just set up the basics. I be so cautious when ordering refurbished electronics. I took a chance and ordered the watch and so far itā€™s AMAZING!!!! Now, at first I was worried that I was going to have to send it back because it wouldnā€™t charge, but I used my hubby Apple Watch charger and it charged right up on. It came with a charger but it didnā€™t work, which is not a big deal because I had ordered a spare one anyway. It doesnā€™t have any scratches so it looks like a brand new watch. Now the other reviews states that the battery only charges up to 78% percent, but mine charged all the up to 100% and by the end of my 8 hour work shift, the lowest has percentage (without charging) is 58% which is pretty good for me. After it charged up, I did an update and itā€™s been working great. When I purchased electronics off Amazon, I try to wait a week before giving a review but Iā€™m so impressed with the quality and the cosmetic of the watch I couldnā€™t no longer wait. The size of the watch is perfect. I literally have no complaints and Iā€™m hoping it lasts. Not only did I save hundreds of dollars but itā€™s like I received a brand new watch for half the price. ... show more

The watch itself its great love it for it to be my first Apple Watch it works well it had minimal scratches and a tiny crack i didnā€™t even notice until cleaning the screen, I do however wish the battery health was better than 81% but nonetheless a great watch I truly love I only give it 4 stars because it dies quicker due to the health. It fits nicely i love the charger works great. My Notifications are synced. It feels great i did change my band but thats just my personal preference, the screen display looks so good. ... show more

The watch still looks great and brand new, but the battery health is TERRIBLE ā€¼ļøā€¼ļø. I received it about two weeks ago and the battery health is at 83%! I really canā€™t go a full day (12-15 hours active time) without it dying. All I gotta say is that itā€™s nice and budget friendly but keep your charger

I love it! Itā€™s perfect for what I need. Iā€™m 5 months postpartum and I also work on my phone so I needed something that counts steps for me and also I can get calls on when I canā€™t reach for my phone. This does everything I need it to plus some. Yes like others have said the battery life isnā€™t 100% but what exactly can you expect with a gen 7? I donā€™t use all the extra monitors etc so the battery life works just perfect for what I need it for and I still have a bit extra at the end of the day so Iā€™m happy. I got the excellent condition and it came with no real scratches etc. maybe a few tinyyyyyyy buffs on the metal but I canā€™t complain about that at all, it really isnā€™t bad and itā€™s pretty normal for use. I also always have a case w a protector on (which you should anyway) so it doesnā€™t bother me. Super happy with my buy thank you sellers! ... show more
