Only good things to say re: seller and condition of watch! Bought for elderly mother to help if she falls mainly and I've been wearing it to learn before handing it over. Haven't tried fall feature yet, will update. I am less than thrilled with Apple's design of the product and accuracy of sleep monitor and tracking workouts. My comparison is to an older Fitbit. Apple shouldn't require that sleep monitor is tied into sleep schedule and alarm. Won't track naps or if you don't sleep when scheduled. If you turn off schedule, won't give REM, Deep, etc. details, just time asleep, if that. Also, doesn't automatically track when I'm walking/running for workout outdoors, can understand if it takes a few minutes to realize, but it seems not to register that I've been walking for 20 minutes, which by that time I don't see the point of tracking it. You can manually start tracking workout, but seems like Fitbit did this better. Logs steps and miles fine if that's all you need though. It reminds me of one of those baby chicken computers that kids got to have them get a sense of minding a real baby, have to constantly input things for it to work. Also, it seems to interfere with my phone ringing or alerting me to calls or texts, vibrating on my wrist if I'm lucky, or if I'm sleeping, not so lucky. Fitbit, though obviously did many fewer things, just logged stuff. The watch, while it's cool it monitors oxygen saturation, the software gives ranges that don't explain much. Maybe the paid version does better? Also, when I wear a headset to listen to music via watch, doesn't work. Headset during calls doesn't work and believe it's supposed to. Has to be charged pretty much daily. Constantly vibrating to stand, record thoughts, etc. I mean I can probably set it otherwise, but again, feels like I'm minding a computer baby. Sometimes the band that came with it and watch itself causes a rash. Good ideas, bad execution. For the problems, not sure if I would get one for myself. For my Mom, will just set up the basics. May meet your needs though, just my opinion. ... show more

I bought this Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS + Cellular, 41mm) in used but good condition, and I’m happy with it. It fits my wrist perfectly and is really comfortable to wear all day. The heart rate monitor works accurately, and setup was super easy. I got the blue version, which looks stylish, and the screen is bright enough even outside. And the always on display It came with 78% battery health and a few minor scratches, but they don’t bother me at all. Overall, for the price, it’s a good buy and i like the blue color ... show more

Looks wise and function wise it’s amazing. Other than that though, you get what you pay for since it’s not much money. You get an off brand wristband that doesn’t even close right and a slow charger, and mine came with only 77% battery health which is pretyyyy bad considering that’s usually the reason why people would upgrade. I’m debating whether to just go with it and live with a short battery, change the battery for 100$, or return this and just get a new one from Apple. Not sure yet because they one thing I love about this is the price is so nice. But the product isn’t as good as you would get from Apple directly. Honestly though it’s to be expected ... show more

Unexpectedly surprised. After reading thru reviews I was skeptical, but this watch far exceeded my expectations. Yes, it is refurbished. Yes, the first time you charge it, it only charges to roughly 80%. ALL Apple Watches do this, new or used. There was an Apple update that came out between the time I ordered the watch and the time it arrived. It was a HUGE update so it took a little over an hour. When I googled it, that’s how long this specific update takes for all watches, new or used. I ordered different bands because I like skinny bands and the watch charges to and has a battery life of 100%. When I’m extremely active (20k+ steps) the watch has to be charged after 24 hours. If I’m just lying around (a 5k step day) I can get 2 full days before needing to charge. I purchased the option without cellular. Other than the loose packing in the box, for what you pay you can’t beat this deal. ... show more
