I was a little suspicious on the packaging. It looked like a knockoff. But it was the real Apple Watch and included a charging base. This is a great vendor that helped with setup, and a great warranty on the item. Item is in excellent condition. Highly recommend.

The watch quality is not as described. The screen is damaged… has some weird blue tint to it. The screen itself also has significant scuffs as well as the case body… this was supposed to be an excellent refurb condition watch. I’d would say it is either fair/defective in condition due to the weird screen issue… immediate return upon receiving it… what kind of company yall running Woot???? Have had the watch for about a week and it's as described. Terrific value compared to the price as new. The renewed stainless and titanium watches are a much better value then the aluminum. Watch came with a brand new band and a charger. Is was a USB charger as opposed to USB-C, but that's fine as my old charger sill works so I didn't need the new one. Watch was in near perfect condition - but not perfect. Overall - I'm very satisfied so far. ... show more

My initial impressions have me skeptical. Took 5 days to arrive. I received it half an hour ago. Upon unboxing I discovered the device is not in stated condition and has serious blemishes and scratches up and down the sides of the Watch. It was DOA. I tried to charge it with the included Watch charger but got the red snake of death and it would not charge. I have purchased other phones and watches in the past from the Amazon Certified Renewed sellers and this is the most disappointing experience so far. All of the previous devices ordered in excellent condition were “like new”. This one looks like it’s been abused and am looking forward to hearing from the seller because this must be some kind of mistake. I will update if anything changes. ... show more
