These Apple Pencil tips are identical to the ones that come with the Apple Pencil, making them an essential part of my workflow. As someone who draws for hours daily, having a reliable stash of replacement nibs is non-negotiable, especially since textured screen protectors tend to wear them down quickly. I was thrilled to snag these during a Black Friday sale—they were more affordable here than buying locally, so I added them to my cart without hesitation. Installation is a breeze, and as OEM parts, they fit perfectly and perform flawlessly. That said, Apple, can we please get some color options for these nibs? It would be great to customize the look of my Apple Pencil while keeping the functionality intact. For now, I'm just happy to have these spares on hand.

PTL! Less than 3 months ago, I dropped a significant chunk of change on my new 2nd Gen iPad Pro (11-inch if size matters) and 2nd Gen Apple Pencil. I don’t know whether it’s the fact that I always hold it tip down or aerodymics with the tip or what, but I’ve dropped the pencil a few times and it always seems to land ruthlessly on the tip. After less than 3 months, it was only working when I twisted the pencil around to a certain position and the tip of the pencil was just visibly blunted from being dropped. I had seen these tips back when I was researching the purchase of the iPad and pencil, so I knew they existed. Although I have AppleCare on both the iPad and Pencil, I figured I’d give these tips a chance (relatively cheap compared to the crazy cost of the Pencil). It’s like brand new... again! Since the major malfunction is on the other end of the pencil (me!), I’m glad there’s still 3 more in the package, and I’m soooo glad that the Pencil wasn’t damaged on the inside. I just enjoyed drawing my daughter a picture of a horse, which wouldn’t have been much fun with the pencil in the state it was before the new tips arrived. And, if you’re wondering, the tips unscrew with relative ease (lefty-loosey, righty-tighty, as you would expect). I haven’t had mine come off accidentally as others have, but since I’m aware that it unscrews, I think I would notice if it was getting loose and tighten it. I was really afraid I had damaged the inside of my Gen2 Apple Pencil by dropping it two or more times, but I just needed a new tip (and maybe a more careful me). I’m attaching a picture of my old tip and the new tip side-by-side. I don’t know how the Pencil works, but damage that was it barely visible to my naked eye (although looks much worse when magnified by my iPad’s camera) was apparently enough to make the Pencil very, very angry. If you can see the damage to your Pencil tip and it’s not working as reliably as it used to, definitely try new tips, first. Even the actual Apple branded ones are relatively inexpensive. Also, I ordered directly from Amazon. Not sure if that helped avoid those apparently gray market knock-offs that were reported by some reviewers (sad that that’s even a thing, though). The tips I received look and work perfectly, as I would expect from genuine Apple products.
