The computer was great except for minor imperfections I could live with (screen hinges a little loose) and 1 imperfection that was not so minor: after a few weeks, the computer wouldn't hold a charge. The whole reason I bought such a small laptop was so I could use it battery only for at least 2 hours. One other problem: do know that 2017 Macbooks cannot be updated to Ventura or anything newer than Monterey. This can create some inconveniences. In any case, I would definitely buy from this company again becasue their customer service has been great thus far. ... show more

This computer works great but i received it today and the keyboard keys keep sticking and its very hard to type i shouldnt have to pay more to go get the keys fixed if i paid for the excellent condition computer.

    • 100% Brand New and Sealed with Apple Warranty - but, Wrong Color
Apparently a higher power at Amazon really wants me to have a "gold" color Macbook 12. I nervously ordered a "Renewed" Space Gray 12-inch Macbook for an upcoming international move, not knowing what to expect. I always prefer sellers who use Amazon fulfillment, and the seller "Refurbished Business Machines" was doing just that. Two days later, I rush home, open my Amazon box and to my delight, I had been given a 100% brand new, sealed Apple Certified Refurbished laptop. I am aware some sellers are able to "reseal" boxes, so I checked Apple's site and sure enough my machine has a year Apple warranty based on my purchase date. I was thrilled, except for the wrong color. I love the Space Gray and they sent a the updated 'gold' color which is really more of a rose gold. In fact, the color bothered me so much, that I decided to repurchase a second laptop, also from the same seller. I figured the chance that I get the wrong color twice would be slim to none. Two days later, I rush home, open my Amazon package and for the second time find out that I had been given another brand new, sealed Apple refurbished laptop. But, again, for the 2nd time, I had been sent GOLD. At this point here, I call Amazon to inquire why they can't send me a Space Gray laptop. The representative was very friendly and offered an instant refund if I wanted to try again. Seeing that I really needed to get started setting up and using the machine, I opted to keep the gold color, especially since I was not 100% sure my next laptop would be brand new. Amazon assured me they were going to investigate the fulfillment issues I had. At the end of the day, for $700.00, I have been given the same laptop Apple is currently selling on their refurbished site for double. It's an incredible value, and encourage anyone concerned to buy from the seller Refurbished Business Machines. I feel good for having gotten such a great value, and honestly, the gold is growing on me. ... show more

I've bought this Mac for working purposes, but then I started to do more things on it and I kinda like it it's not an actual gaming computer but still I rate this a five star review. Great condition no scuffs no stains they took the effort of installing a screen protector and also some kind of protection on the bottom of the Mac for it will not scratch the bottom of your Mac thumbs up. ... show more
