Hi All, I'm writing this review to just warn users that if you do buy a refurbished laptop from this buyer and anything goes wrong you won't be able to get fixed and might have to do it yourself since apple and third parties won't even touch the macbook. I bought this laptop for work while traveling the world. I bought specifically in April, 2023 because it seemed to be cheaper choice than paying 3k at apple. When I got the laptop everything worked well through usage and what not. Then, one day it just stopped working completely. This was in End of July 2023. Turned out that the harddrive was fried. I reached out to the seller about a possibility of fixing (even at my cost) and they just said they can't since there no warranty. That was that. Again, I warn you not go through the headache of purchasing a Macbook that's refurbished. It's simpler to buy a new MacBook from apple and use that money as downpayment. Lesson learned! ... show more

After two weeks i finally install everything and been using it a lot, at the moment everything is good, fast response, light weight, screen works and looks great, and everything according to the description. Only two details a couple minor scracthes on the outside(nothing very big or annoying) and battery life is not EXCELENT, however it last around 5-6 hours (moderated use) I think overall, its a pretty good buy ! ... show more

Amazing condition and very helpful seller. I got my MacBook Pro and the battery was dead and had an X on the battery icon. I messaged the vendor to see what we could do to remedy the problem and they were very prompt with a response. Updated review: laptop stopped charging after a couple years of use. It would just die despite being fully charged. We finally bought him a new laptop from Apple end of last year. Would not buy refurbished unless you only need it short term it will eventually stop working. —————————————- One of my biggest concerns is not getting ripped off w a laptop that doesn’t work or conks out after a month. So far so good! Bought this for my boyfriend who does sales and uses applications that require more power and he no longer has issues like he did w his old mac. The size is great too being on screen all day doing zooms. No batter charging issues however he does keep his laptop connected most days as he is on it literally for 12 hours. No unexpected crashes or shut downs or hanging. Laptop came pristine like it was brand new in a protected box. The charger is off brand but it works just fine. Everything else including the led screen works perfect. Never thought we would buy something like this refurbished and on amazon but this laptop w this seller was 💯.
