I have had no issues, except that when shutting down, the screen sort of blacks out quite abruptly with a slight glitch of the screen, but this has no effect on its functionality. I received 1TB of hard-drive space, instead of the 512GB ordered. Runs extremely well without any lags. I am able to connect to the old Appled LED Cinema Display using a USB-C hub purchased separately. I was uncertain what the condition of the computer would be. I was pleasantly surprised that it was packed extremely well and virtually looked brand new. The computer operates perfectly, charges as it is supposed to and holds a charge as it should. The laptop arrived early in perfect condition and works great. For someone on a budget, this is a much better option than purchasing a new but far inferior product for the same price.

They say renewed, but the MacBook wasn’t even looked at before sending. Keys were sticky, bad battery out of the box, and the case was scratched up. If my daughter wasn’t all ready using this for classes I would be ok with their only solution of returning it. But off to apple to spend another $200. I’ve learned my lesson. ... show more

It’s very good for its cost! It does occasionally get a bit hot at the bottom but that’s normal. It doesn’t take very long to charge but the battery does go down pretty fast.
