The media could not be loaded. I picked up my laptop from the Fed Ex location around 5:30pm. While attempting to use the computer today (less than 30 hours later) the screen went black and has not returned. I do not recommend

    • The charger doesn't work. May come with some small blemishes.
I am very disappointed that the charging cord that came with this product didn't charge my computer. It made me think that my computer was broken. Also disappointed that there were a few marks on my computer that I was unaware of.
