Ultimately, I am very satisfied with this purchase. The product was delivered quickly, in an unmarked generic package. The description stated “excellent condition; no visible blemishes to the computer from 12” viewing distance”. This was not exactly accurate, but that is of minor concern as the scratches on the case are light and few. The battery was not charged on receipt, though a generic charger was provided and works well with the computer. After charging for a few minutes, the laptop turned on and I was able to complete the system setup. Once the setup was complete, I let the computer finish charging and unplugged it from the charger to see how fast the battery would die. It’s been in use for about 6 hours and the battery is still more than half charged. I bought this laptop for work, using Adobe Illustrator specifically. I was able to download the software quickly with no issues. It’s great! I love everything about it and would highly recommend. We were excited about buying this computer, but every time we use it, we have to keep it plugged in to the charger. The second we disconnect it, it shuts down. It’s very frustrating because we paid good money for this. AND WE BOUGHT IT IN “EXCELLENT CONDITION” this is a scam. Do not buy it unless you want to get disappointed. ... show more

Got “excellent condition “ but it didn’t even work now waiting on him to reply to get my refund sends product that doesn’t even work. There was something wrong with the storage took it to apple and get the system checks I shouldn’t have to pay to fix something I just bought that’s “refurbished”

    • The computer has missing screws!!!
The media could not be loaded. It is opening from the bottom. It works fine but I just realized this! Crazy! I will have to send it back or try a way to fix this. I hope it is only the screws and the rest is working fine...
