I bought my Mac back in July, finished paying for it this past December. It had quite a few screen scratches but I didn’t mind that personally. What I did mind is that it had battery issues, keyboard issues, and it finally just died on me. Took it to Apple (1/14) and they said there was nothing they could do. When I first received the laptop that packaging was good. I booted it up and it immediately heated up, the battery life sucks and gets hot way too quickly. The time it took for the laptop to heat after booting it up was at least 2 minutes. This is a simple fix to replace the battery but it sucks I have to put more money into this thing than I already planned. I even tried lowering the brightness to help but it didn't help at all. Another note, some of my keys on the computer are faded and hard to press, when I do click on them however the computer doesn't register the letter. ... show more

i had to replace a macbook air that was damaged in a car accident after finding out insurance wouldn't replace it. i didn't want to drop a ton of money but i was a little nervous to order because of some reviews. my macbook pro was clean out of the box and everything works as it should. It took a while to get it updated but it's running just fine. It's the 2016 model, which isn't ideal because it can't update to the newest OS, but i really just needed it to run the software for my cameo so i can make silly t shirts for the kids. 4 stars because nothing is wrong with the computer, i just wish that when i was ordering i would have known for sure which year macbook i was getting. ... show more

I received the product and the camera did not work, and the battery life was horrible could not hold a charge for more then and hour. I returned the product two weeks ago and have not received my refund, I have contacted the seller numerous times and have not heard back from them and no refund has been sent back to my card.
