Shipped and arrived on time. It was fairly in good condition. The MacBook works perfectly, the setup and installation was seamless. The charger was not working and I consulted the seller who sent another charger which worked once and stopped working. I never bothered to contact the seller on the second time. 6 MONTH UPDATE: Still pleased with purchase. I have made a few videos for work after purchasing FCPX. Computer needed to be plugged in, but computer rendered video with no issues. Still recommending. 2 WEEK UPDATE: Still loving this computer. I removed the arrow keys to clean out some gross stuff, however the keys are back to working flawlessly. I have purchased FCPX and already spent several hours video editing with no issues. I'm getting the typical 10 hours or so of battery as per specs. Still recommending! So far I am extremely Happy with my purchase. I purchased on a holiday weekend and the laptop showed up on the second business day (one day early according to Amazon). Shipping package was minimal outside of cardboard protection, however no damages to the box. First thing I checked was the "Excellent quality." At first I was slightly upset after seeing blue specs over the outside shell. With a damp cloth though, the spots were easily removed. I'm guessing the screen was repaired as there seems to be slight dried glue residue in one spot, however it easily cleaned up. The right arrow key seemed to stick a little, but after cleaning out some gross crude underneath it worked fine. Cosmetically, the only issue is a slight scratch on the outside top shell that is noticeable outside of the 12 inch "standard" and the smallest gouge on the lid edge. For the substantial price difference, 100% worth it. After boot up, the first thing I inspected was the battery cycle count. I was pleased to see mine was at 84. Meaning the battery has only been drained to 0% and recharged to 100% 84 times. Apple claims 1,000 cycles is the fail rate, so good to go! The computer did not come with Microsoft office or Final Cut Pro, but wishful thinking as those are purchased per Apple ID. Day two with my MacBook and still loving it. I would recommend adding the protection plan just in case. I would currently recommend. ... show more

The screen quality of this computer and physical quality is great. The computer had been working great for about a month or two, but now all of a sudden is giving me a substantial amount of problems. All of a sudden the computer started shutting down windows that I was working in including google chrome, safari, my finder windows and other applications. It also started to randomly shut down the whole computer on me. It would make a noise from the fan inside the computer and then just shut down. It also has been throwing several different errors. I am hoping to speak with someone in order to make this situation right, and I will update this review as soon as I do, but I am having a very hard time reaching anyone from BuySPRY to fix this situation and am extremely frustrated with the fact that this product was marketed as 'like new' and refurbished to an original operating state and am having these sort of issues. I hope that this company will make this right, I would be extremely grateful and also would commend and recommend this company to anyone who wants to buy from them. But if this problem remains as is, then I would recommend not buying from them. I tried calling and their phone lines are 'unavailable' and I have been trying their live chat option at BuySPRY.com and I cannot reach anyone. I left a message and am hoping to hear back and am going to send an email as well. I'll keep you all posted... :/ ... show more
