The media could not be loaded. The laptop arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at all it wouldn’t even power on. Definitely disappointing, especially for a refurbished item. Did not get to open it for months until Last month June 2024, but it wont power on no matter how long it stayed connected to power. It is dead. A complete waste of time and money …..I purchased this laptop in April and it stopped working by October … Apple says it will cost over 800 to fix which is more then I originally bought the laptop…. Dont buy this product

Lasted less than a year and the battery and screen both went out. Don't ever buy a refurbished MacBook, you'll end up hundreds of dollars poorer with no computer like us.
