I first received a MacBook that had some damage to the touchbar, but after sending an email to the seller the quickly sent me a new one that is perfect. The customer service was top notch and the computer works great. Super happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend!

The device arrived quickly, was in excellent condition, and super easy to set up. Also, it came with all of the necessary cords and was packaged very well. After about 2 months of use, I noticed that the keyboard was difficult to use at times. The spacebar did not properly function and it was VERY difficult to type the simplest of sentences without having to touch the spacebar multiple times between EACH AND EVERY WORD :(. I initially reached out to the seller and they sent me a generic link with troubleshooting options (which I already had done on my own beforehand). I then realized I had a wireless keyboard and this took care of the initial issue. Two months after the keyboard issue (month 4), I discovered that the laptop would not charge. Initially I thought it was the charger, but it did work with another apple device. Then I thought it was my electrical outlet, but that was not the case either. I connected my wireless mouse to the device via usb-c and it worked perfectly. To preserve the remainder of the battery life I shut it down, and a few hours later I attempted to use the device and the battery was completely dead, the device would not start and it would not take a charge. So, after about 4 months of usage and $500 I no longer have an operable device to work with. I sent the device to the insurance company and a few days later I received a message saying they are unable to repair it. They will issue me a full refund for the purchase price. Moral of the story, if you need a laptop, just buy a new one OR if you buy a refurb PURCHASE THE INSURANCE. ... show more

I just got this MacBook Pro and I so far love it. It’s a little hard to get used to (previously used windows) but I definitely enjoy using it and it’s in great condition. The 2 things that are bothering me though is the battery life and heating. The battery life on this MacBook is mediocre, I find myself needing to charge every few hours. This MacBook gets hot, I was playing a game and I noticed how hot it was getting and how loud it was getting. I was playing Roblox so I didn’t think it was that much of a load on the CPU. As a refurbished laptop it’s great but the only thing I found wrong was the keyboard and how it double types certain letters. I’m wondering what I can do to fix it? I don’t want to return and get worse. Originally bought a 8gb ram but they upgraded for me to a 16 gb ram which was nice of them. Functions like how I want just the keyboard is funky with the double type.. Update: So i noticed it was heavily stickered before and covered up with another sticker skin.. 4/1/2024: Took it to the Apple Store to see if they can fix the keyboard problem. Since it’s 4 years of the date it was used they said they can’t fix it without replacing the whole keyboard which cost 500$. Doesn’t make sense to pay 500$ for something I Paid 400$ which was suppose to be in excellent condition.. anyways big disappointment ... show more
