    • Surprisingly Good! Came EVEN BETTER Than Originally Described!
I was concerned about buying this computer after I read the only other review for it, but the last computer I had purchased from Amazon Renewed turned out to be super defective with only 27% battery health left and a VERY weak charger, so I figured: Can't be any worse than that, and ordered this computer anyways. And boy am I glad I did! Not only are the specs EXACTLY as described, but it came with minimal scratches, really only noticeable if you looked directly at it and it was only on the outer shell, in which case I just bought a case to cover the scratches anyways, and all the keys are correct work well alongside the touchbar as well. The best part is that it actually came with a BRAND NEW battery installed. It has 100% Battery Health remaining, according to a health review I took using a third-party program of the computer. And the charger that was supplied, though not an Apple made one, is still very good as well. No scratches and it doesn't overheat and it works well. The only complaint is that it caps out at around 38 - 39W max, when Macbooks from 2017 and older require 45W minimum for their chargers. So overall, would I recommend this provider? Absolutely! If there is anyone else on the fence about this computer, just buy it and see for yourself what you get! Perhaps the other reviewer got a defective version like the first computer I had purchased but this one is perfect! My only recommendation is that you also buy a brand new case and/or charger for it just in-case if you go about ordering it! Specifically an Apple approved Charger, for the best results! I'm VERY happy with this purchase, glad I actually got an i7 with 500 GB, and I love the 13" screen size as well! The price was ABSOLUTELY worth it! Hope this review helps others on the fence about buying this product! My recommendation: Buy and try! After all, worst case, you can always just return it! Good luck! ... show more

    • Battery Died and Wouldn't Stay Charged
The battery wouldn't stay charged. I bought the computer in October for our Grandaughter for college. I didn't realize the computer was used and only has a 3 month warranty. By the time she started using it for school she realized the battery wouldn't hold a charge. The warranty was out before I knew of the problem. Never again will I buy from this company. I could understand it being cheaper but I paid a new price for it. ... show more

I thought battery or anything else depreciates would be replaced, so to be renewed. However, it is basically used and coming out of someone else's hand. It has about 500 battery cycle, which is used for quite some time. So, you guys better telling the truth rather than giving false description about the product.
