Exactly what I wanted and expected! It does have a ding and couple of scratches but they’re super small and of course that’s expected for used items of any kind. It runs perfectly, came in undamaged, with a charger, works great! Very happy

This laptop came loose in a cardboard box with no padding and no fragile sticker on the outside of the box. I could hear it moving freely within the box before I even opened it. One of the number keys didn’t work so I couldn’t even get past setting it up as my email and phone number associated with my Apple ID both have that number. Once I plugged in an external number pad, and input my Apple ID and password it showed an error code and I could not move forward with set up. I returned the laptop for a replacement, it was shipped in the same empty box, and the keyboard and trackpad on the replacement were completely nonfunctional. I contacted the customer service email that was included in the box before leaving a review and never got a response. It is now weeks after I needed the original laptop and I am returning a second non functioning laptop for my money back and will have to find a new computer. I am incredibly unhappy with everything about this transaction: shipping, the product itself, and customer service. Save your time and money. ... show more

ive had the macbook for a few hours now, it does have a few scratches but is hardly noticeable. for 500 dollars this was an amazing deal. the performance is good, the fans are a bit loud which i didnt expect but i mean it really doesnt bother me, i wouldnt even say its loud id say it just sounds like fans running. ive used the macbook for about an hpur or two and its battery is currently at 82% which is really good. the heat is good too, it does get a little hot but i mean im running garageband so id expect it to heat up a bit. and the appearence is suuuuper clean, i love it. only 4 stars because of the small noise of the fans but its really not bad at all. if i could put a 4.5 star i would. ... show more
