The Mac book over all works really good I came in good condition except a few scratches and a little dent on the outside, the screen looks good and colour looks very good on the Mac book. BUT if you see that Fedex is shipping it to your house be prepared to fight with them if you are not home to sign for the package. I told them THREE times to drop it off somewhere I can go to pick it up and they kept bringing it to my house I ended up having to go to the distribution centre to pick it up so if you are unable to sign for the Mac book make sure to nonstop tell them where to drop it off. ... show more

I wanted to try out a MacBook, since I have an iPad and an iPhone. (I have always been a PC user.). I didn't want to spend a small fortune for a new laptop, since I still find myself navigating in PC world. I read the reviews and felt a little concern at the condition of some of the laptops that had been purchased. I was also concerned about receiving one that had previously been a school's or company's computer (and that I might not be able to wipe it completely clean). Those concerns were unnecessary. The MacBook arrived in excellent condition and well-packaged. It has few minor cosmetic flaws, hardly noticeable and not at all affecting the performance of the laptop. The operating system needing updated, which was a process similar to the iPad or iPhone. What I love about Apple products is that the device doesn't go obsolete quite as fast as a PC. I completed two updates to get it to the current Mac OS Big Sur. While it took two updates, the process was seamless without even one single hiccup. The battery life is decent but not fantastic. It is running 4-5 hours before needing recharged. While it did come with a nice charging cord, I do believe it is an aftermarket and not an Apple charger; however, it still works well with the MacBook and does not demonstrate any conflicts. I love the size and clarity of the screen. 11.6 inches is perfect! It is lightweight and very portable. I am still becoming accustomed to using the apps in a Mac environment. The biggest part of the learning curve involves finding things in the Mac environment, closing applications instead of everything running in the background, and learning how to navigate in a desktop environment. Many things, however, feel somewhat intuitive since I have been an iPhone/iPad user for at least a decade. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. If I can give this service a ratings, it will be a zero due to the fact that my laptop doesn’t work properly. Here’s a little short video on this laptop. It is really crappy not top. It should’ve been tested. Better to see if it operates like I’m pushing trying to get past this little thing that got going on which is and then over top of that, I’ll request it a refund so I can purchase another laptop from somewhere else so I can start my school Monday-and I have to wait for the seller to receive their merchandise. Make sure I didn’t damage the merchandise that they sent to me that was already damaged. That’s crazy ... show more

I think this is a great program through Amazon. If you are looking for a good computer. You had better act fast while this program is in place. I was skeptical about buying a MacBook Computer at this price but I took a chance. The MacBook is great. It is working fine without any problems so far. I have only had it two days so far but very few scratches, clean appearance, all the keys are functioning correctly, charges well, battery lasts long. I definitely recommend using this program to get yourself a laptop if you are considering it. It works for what I needed for my daughter to start Virtual Kindergarten. The only thing is I am having trouble updating from Catalina IOS. The item came with silver stickers on the outer shell to probably cover the numerous scratches. I didn’t remove the stickers because I didn’t want to get upset. I placed a pink, plastic case on it and my 5 year old absolutely loves her “Apple computer.” It is her first Apple product and so I didn’t want to go all out and purchase a new MacBook Air so this was an amazing deal. It came with the original OEM adapter, which did look practically new. The screen was free of scratches and the keyboard looked new. Understand that these laptops are used, and they will not look brand new cosmetically. My daughter has used this computer everyday for logging into Google Classroom. She is able to see and hear her classmates and teacher clearly. I have been able to upload her assignments and download printable PDFs for her to practice skills. Also, this MacBook Air connected to my EPSON WiFi XP-340 with ease. It isn’t super fast, but I am mostly using a newer iPad Pro so I am not use to waiting for a page to load.
