No where in the product description did it say it was a 2014 model. Imagine my surprise to get the 2014 MacBook instead of the 2020 version I thought I was getting. Plus, the power cord included is not charging the laptop even though I just took it out of the box. I’m going to give it a week or so; if not satisfied with this older model I will exchange for a newer version. ... show more

    • Dead computer broken charger
It doesn’t do us any good to buy a new computer that doesn’t have a working charger. Very disappointed, my son needed this ASAP for his sudden online classes and now he’s stuck with a dead computer and no way to charg it. I’m afraid if they didn’t even test the charger / computer and this was a “renewed” computer whether this was an expensive joke of a purchase. ... show more
