I received an almost brand new looking Macbook air. However, when I started setting up, software update check etc, it started re-start few times. After all setup is done, I started using and it more restarted automatically over and over again. I cannot even watch 10min youtube! I decided to return After using 4,5 hours. This is not working at all. This is a super good deal IF it works. but as a result, it took my time to deal with this issues, returns, etc… ... show more

The product looked like a new device from the outside. The inside is also almost perfect except that it takes a ridiculous time to boot from sleep mode. And I am getting a message about my screen that I can't track down. It came with half of a defective, not-apple power cord that shot out sparks at me. Luckily, I still had the power cord from the one that this one replaced. It was hard to reach the seller, partially because of the time difference, and they apparently don't listen to their messages. Once I reached a human, however, they were more than happy to send me, at their expense, and quickly, a new Apple charger and cord. ... show more
