The media could not be loaded. This is exactly as pictured and described. There are a few slight dings, there are a few scuff marks but the computer works. I was scared because of the things that people were saying in these reviews but I received mine and realized that these people were expecting something brand new. The software updates just fine, the screen looks great, the keys are all functioning and the battery life is fine, 5 hours before mine got low. This computer does heat up pretty fast, but that is typical in high functioning laptops and especially older laptops. I’d give this a 4.5 starts, only because there was a little dirt on the top when I received it, but it wiped off. Buy this. ... show more

I purchased this MacBook. According to AmazonI am allowed to return it. To return you need to reset the computer to factory settings to erase all of your personal data. The company will not provide me the hardware code to reset the computer. Amazon contacted this company and they promised to email the code to reset the computer. At this time, I have not received the code to restore to factory settings. I purchase a lot on Amazon. This is the first company I have encountered that doesn’t follow the Amazon return policy. ... show more

I must admit.... I was a little skeptical about ordering a refurbished MacBook Air, off of Amazon, but I am VERY pleased with the results and I’m so glad I did. The laptop was in GREAT condition, a few small scratches ( barely visible) and a tiny dent on the top right corner which is cosmetic only, which did not affect a protective case from fitting fine, thankfully. It functions very well, as if it were new, very quick speed on loading and downloading, and I was able to download a later software program with ease. It came packaged very well and quickly, and also came with an Apple charging cord. I am especially pleased with this seller and Amazon, as this is a Birthday gift for my son. So, for less than the money a repair to his old one would’ve cost, I was able to get him a certified & refurbished one in great condition!! The media could not be loaded. This laptop is no longer supported by apple. You won’t be able to download apps because the software CANT update. Your gonna have to pay for it to be jail broken.

so i received two laptops after i was not satisfied with the first laptop due to (scratches, dents, dirt, ect.) i contacted the seller and a representative by the name of nic helped me throughout this entire process. once i realized i was not satisfied with the first laptop he made sure i got a prepaid label and send the first laptop back. within a couple of days i received the second laptop and this time around there were no scratches, dents, or dirt anywhere. the screen and keyboard was very clean and no dirt in sight. in addition to that nic was able to upgrade my order from a 2011 macbook air to a 2014 macbook air. to ensure the laptop was indeed working, i went to the apple store to get it set up and everything went smoothly. as a common courtesy per my request, nic also sent me an extension cord even though it was not included. i thought the extension cord was included but it is not. it is only the laptop itself and charger. overall i am satisfied with the product. i hope it will last me for many years to come. ... show more
