The battery hangs on to power quite well when I’m not using it (meaning I left it unused in its case for a week and it still had 47% battery power!) and when I am using it, I haven’t seen any major battery dips in power either. That was my biggest concern with buying something refurbished. I routinely run two or more Adobe creative cloud programs on this laptop without lag or any system slow-downs. The graphics are decent, and the keys on the laptop feel natural and are not hard to depress. All in all, very satisfied with this purchase.     • no hdmi slot had to order adapter to hook up the hdmi to it. everything else 100percent

I wouldn’t recommend this product it came all flimsily the screen kept going back slowly on its own !!! When I turned it on it would say some other brand but faded in black !! Seller hasn't replied to my message.

This laptop is great so far!! It feels brand new and the display is amazing. As you can see I wanted to put one of my own pictures as the wallpaper, and it’s shown so clearly! I’ve used many apps so far (using it for school work, watching shows, and listening to music) and everything has worked flawlessly! There are also hardly any scratches on it at all!
