This Mac was in good condition, as described. Too often I have received shoddy laptops which were originally described as excellent on Amazon. This one was described as "good"but in actuality could have been described as "very good". Performance with the i7 chipset is excellent. Plenty of power to upgrade to Monterey.     • “Excellent” Used Condition Is Not Worth It
I bought my first laptop from them and I was able to log on and it worked and was in excellent used condition and then the screen just went black and it didn’t work at all within a few days. I exchanged it for the exact same replacement item and they sent me with with a broken / loose screen hinge so it won’t stay at any angle other than fully open/ leaned back or fully closed and it had lots of dents, you could tell it was an aftermarket replacement screen (it was shinier than Mac original) and had a weird smell as it hadn’t even been wiped down. I returned this one and decided to look at Best Buy instead and now this company says that they refunded my money to my Amazon account but they have not. My money is nowhere to be found even though they claim my return was approved and that they refunded my original payment method (Amazon gift card). I had to open an A to Z Amazon claim and I am still waiting for my return money to be processed… ... show more

Very nice MacBook Air, mine looked brand new with no damage or wear at all. Worked perfectly from first second. The only drawback is the battery life, its REALLY bad. You can put it to sleep and within a few hours its already lost 25% or more. Not sure how much it would cost to get new battery but, still this is a GREAT deal vs. the price of a brand new MacBook. Overall would recommend it though, just know you'll probably be needing to stay near a power source. ... show more

I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN........I purchased a "refurbished excellent" 2017 MacBook Air. The hinge for the screen was a bit loose and there was a warning saying the battery needed to be serviced. I tried contacting customer service numerous times and they NEVER responded. I will was willing to live with the loose hinge if they would refund an amount equivalent to buying a new batter off of amazon but the support team never responded. I will return this and look elsewhere. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AGAIN. ... show more
