Being a fan of Apple products and ecosystem but not a fan of Apple pricing for new units, and needing a replacement for my previous 2010 Air that stopped charging and I could not manage to repair, I'm very pleased with this. For a very reasonable price I got what, if I didn't know any better, looks and performs like a new computer. The fact that it's six model years old doesn't matter for me and my use case. This laptop looks mint, booted up immediately with zero performance issues, and holds a good charge.     • Disappointed is an understatement, falsely advertised, not excellent condition, not even usable
This product was advertised to be in excellent condition BUT it was so far from that. It was not even usable. It was dirty with a sticker applied to the top and bottom of the laptop to cover blemishes and scratches/dents. The battery didn't work and had to be plugged in to run, battery health said "in need of service". This was advertised as 80% or better battery life. The machine took 3 hours to boot up and complete the setup process, the slowest running machine I have ever experienced. After clicking an option, it would take 10-20 minutes to open an app or move to the next step. This laptop obviously was never quality controlled, tested or cleaned before being sent. The only reason it gets one star is the return process is simple through Amazon, and I will get a full refund but will never trust this company with a refurbished laptop in the future. So far so good on my refurbished Mac! This is my first experience with any laptop that is not windows or a Chromebook. There are definitely differences between a windows computer and a Mac but I knew that going in. I am in love with the speed of the Mac which is one of the main reasons I decided to go with Mac over windows this computer purchase. It makes me so happy to have my computer start as soon as I open in instead of dealing with slow spinning wheel of death waiting for everything to load. The transition of my other apple products from my phone to the MacBook to seamless and amazing that it is done automatically. I was impressed with the condition of my refurbished purchase and would recommend ordering this way to everyone. DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I bought a laptop from this seller in December and by June it was already not working. I got the highest version they sell and they still came with scrapes and dings which my teen didn't mind. The issue came after a few months of purchase. After a rutine apple install, the computer went black. It did not turn on ever again. I even bought a new charger and still nothing. I notify the seller since the computer was hardly use as my teen has another laptop for school and they did not help. Amazon didn't help either. SAVE your MONEY and buy from another seller. Just got my MacBook Air 2019 13.3” and I’m super happy with it! The condition was listed as excellent, and it really lives up to that—everything works perfectly and it looks great in person. There are a few tiny bumps on the hard shell case, but they’re barely noticeable unless you’re looking super close. Overall, it’s clean, runs smoothly, and was exactly what I was hoping for. Great computer, works well. The sound is really bad, however. It makes popping noise when any noise plays and sounds like a really bad speaker but only at times. Not to mention the charger is extremely hard to unplug and the laptop lags after a while of being used
