The media could not be loaded. Let me say this I’m blown away by the condition of this phone , this is my first time getting my phone from Amazon and not choosing my carrier so I was very skeptic and worried not knowing what to expect , I was expecting the phone to be somewhat old looking , visible scratches , low battery capacity etc but what I was greeted with is a phone in pristine condition really like getting it new and straight apple ! The phone powered on like a champ , battery max capacity is at 100 percent WHAT ! Better than my 12 pro max , inserted the SIM card and voila the network works flawlessly and the phone performs great ! Couldn’t have asked for a better deal , this is sons first phone and he was super happy with it . I’m actually looking forward to get my next phone from this seller again , in fact I will consider skipping the upgrade with my carrier and go straight here to find my next great phone ! Only thing that i contacted the seller about is the charging cable slightly old and the pins that connect to the charging port are worn out so it doesn’t charge sometimes but that’s it ..I’m extremely satisfied with this purchase and will buy again no questions asked ... show more

I wanted to upgrade from my Iphone 7, but the cost of newer generation phones was prohibitive; I looked around on ebay but was hesitant to spend several hundred dollars without being CERTAIN that the phone would work. Then I found Amazon "renewed"; pricing was great, as was the warranty. I took a shot and have been delighted with this phone! The sound is better and the camera is amazing; there are many advanced features (face/finger recognition) that I have not explored yet. I live in a metal building; the Iphone 7 would drop off if I was not near a window/doorway that was uncovered; with the X, I can go throughout the building (3000 SF) and not drop a call, all with perfect sound (no static). Doesn’t hold charge few days after getting phone a line showed up across the screen looked just cosmetic but took it to my phone provider they said something was wrong internally

I bought this for work and days after it came I didn't end up needing it and the return request was honored quickly with no problems! Like I said Way better then I expected, I seen some bad reviews about the battery and people saying it only worked for a month and stopped I’ve had mine for almost a year haven’t had a single issue the only thing is the battery wasn’t at 100% captivity but it is still at a high 90 after heavy usage everyday. ... show more
