Got this for my kid as their first phone for middle school. Honestly, it’s been great so far. The phone came in really good condition, looks nice, and everything works the way it should. For a first phone, I didn’t want to spend a lot of money, and this was a really good choice. It does everything my kid needs — calling, texting, apps, pictures, etc. The size is also perfect, especially for a younger kid. Very happy with it for the price. The product is good, it was factory reset and looks new. It was also unlocked. I was able to hook it up to Visible effortlessly. It runs smooth. It runs as you would expect a phone from 2020 to run. I got this as a back up/non work phone and I'm very satisfied. It does get warm but that's mostly the phone itself, not the fault of the seller. And it cools down rather quickly. The camera is good quality, I'm impressed with the screen, and once you get it up and running the touch screen reacts much quicker. It's actually really nice to have a phone with a home button again. Good value renewed phone; battery is weak

Why I ordered this item: My daughter cracked her old phone screen and I didn't want to pay full retail for a new one. The renewed price on this was pretty crazy good so I gave it a shot. Likes: * The screen and body look clean. No scratches I can find even up close, not just at arm's length. * It came with a charging cable and powered on right out of the box, already wiped of whatever the last owner had on it. * Battery health is showing in the 80s on the settings page. * It's small. I forgot how nice a smaller phone feels in your hand compared to the giant ones everyone has now. * Setup with my carrier was quick. Popped in a SIM and it found signal on its own. No likes: * No headphones in the box, so if you need those factor in buying some separately. * The battery drains kind of fast if your doing anything heavy like video or maps. * Home button feels a little mushy compared to what I remember from these. Would I pay full price for this product: No, only makes sense at the renewed discount. Final thoughts: For a backup phone or a kid's first phone this is a snazzy little option. Transfer from my previous SE2 went smooth. But I'm still evaluating the battery condition. It seems to be running down too fast. If the battery is no good I'm going to have to return it. UPDATE: Battery is holding up at least as well as my previous phone - which was already a few years old.

The phone arrived perfectly with a charger and it had no damage and it works just fine. It looks and operates like a brand new phone no scratches or dents. It charged to 100% quickly and has held the charge through out the day. I am very well pleased with this purchase!

Poor customer service. Don't expect a response in a timely manner

Contacting this company is next to impossible. They ignore emails and phones calls. The phone froze when I was installing my profile and programs. iTunes locked up on the phone and then the phone locked up and would not clear. After several youtube videos and calls to iPhone Geeks, I was finally able to get it unlocked (no thanks to the seller) The battery only stays charged for 2 hours then goes dead. Once I finally got it programed and operating, the phone is good, but it's dead after 2 hours of use. All of my apps are turned off and the phone is set to power save modes. Essentially all I use it for is to play music from and for that it works great. Customer service from these people is lacking though ... show more

I was thinking the Maximum capacity was going to be below 80% because of reviews I had seen and was pretty skeptical being that I was purchasing excellent condition which states it should arrive at least 80%. To my surprise the phone ended up having 93% which I was very pleased and happy as a customer to see. No lagging on the phone when using apps or waiting for a page to load. Minor scratches on phone but I purchased a screen protector and phone case as well so it looks as good as new. It’s updated to IOS 26 which will be the last update on this phone and the camera isn’t bad at all for the price. Safe enough to say I’m satisfied with the purchase and I hope the phone continues to function well with no sudden issues. ... show more
