I used to only buy Dr. Marten slip on shoes, but the ones I liked are no longer available. I've tried Merrell's (I liked the old, World Legend, but the newer Jungle Moc was way too narrow) Sketchers (that's a no from me dog) and now these Keen's. This is what I've been looking for in a slip-on shoe, not too hard to get my hooves in and out of, and not so loose that they slip off un-expectedly. I have high arches, and these are comfortable. I am a bridge officer on a ship, so I wear these 12 hrs. a day, 7 days a week for 3 weeks straight, they aren't being abused by any means, but they are holding up great and most importantly staying comfortable. I typically wear a size 13 and these 13's fit as expected. I won't hesitate to purchase another pair in the future, when/if these do wear out. These shoes aren't the most attractive I've ever seen, but i like them and have no doubt that they'll hold up for quite a while. I now see these same shoes are selling for $150 and I bought them for $78, I don't know if I would feel comfortable spending nearly double for the same shoe.

I have a number of keen sandals, shoes and boots, including slip-ins. Since the Brixen has all the polar features, comparable to my revel and anchorage, I initially ordered in my usual size 11. I was extremely excited to get the brixen, something I’d wanted and dove in when there was a price drop. My first impression was this shoe is substantial for a slip in, loaded with features and just simply built very well. It’s truly a beautiful shoe…but in my usual 11, including wearing my typical sock, I was swimming in it. Like actually feeling it might fall off. I ran the # thinking it was mistakingly an extra wide or mislabeled. Nope. Huge disappointment knowing I’d have to return and might not get the same price on 10.5…but did. Any ways the half size is considerably smaller, albeit according to the chart showing only a .6 mm difference than the 11 I originally got. In summary, it is a great shoe. Warm, functional, waterproof and comfortable…and frankly you can’t go wrong with it for any purpose or occasion.

Very comfortable shoes. Great for walking and hiking. I been wearing size 10 Keen Targhee shoes for years. I wear size 9 Brixen. The shoes are great. This is my first pair. It won’t be the last.

Very comfortable and extremely durable. This was my second pair of the same shoe and the first one lasted me for five years under heavy use. I cut a lot of firewood and heavy tips, protect your toes.
