It is really what is promised, I bought it from Amazon as seller and shipper, it was a renewed excellent condition, and it really is. No scratches at all, the phone fully functional and unlocked. I really wanted to like this phone. I owned an SE (2020) back in the day and loved the idea of a smaller, simpler iPhone. Sadly, while the phone was indeed in mint condition as promised (with an original 100% battery, which is impressive on a phone discontinued almost 2 years ago), it overheated and started losing battery basically as soon as I used it for anything. I’m not sure if this is a defect on my unit or a broader issue with these phones on iOS 27, but I’d recommend staying away and maybe getting a used 12 or 13 mini instead if you really want a small iPhone. I bought this phone mostly for it's size as it fits easily into my shirt pocket. Despite being a long time Android user, I found it easy to use. Not wanting to spend $1000+ on a phone, this renewed premium was just what I wanted: a good phone at a reasonable price. The battery is small, so it is not surprising that it doesn't last a full day. But I found that making changes in the settings to reduce battery use resulted in considerable improvement. OK, so skeptical about buying a product that we replaced for you but the battery came at 100%. The phone is gonna work good for a week so far no problem perfectly good no scratches . Nothing looks brand new. But I will tell everyone something you have to do your due diligence and check what company you are buying the refurbished phone from this one ended up being very good.
