I bought this phone bec my iphone 12 blew up in my hand && i didn't have a warranty nor did i have the money to upgrade to a brand new iphone. I saw this one at a reasonable price && decided to go for it being that the 8+ is the last old iphone that will get the new update. Mannnnn listen.. was so skeptical about buying this phone because even though there were a ton of good reviews, there was still a few bad ones which means that although this product has a high rating, you still gambling not knowing what you will get. But i took a chance anyway.. Man im so sooo pleased. It came fully unlocked && in PERFECT condition. All i did was put my old sims card into The new phone && all my info, apps, mesages, contacts && media were there! It's came in the sellers box with bubble wrap on it && a NON apple charger...Just a regular iphone charger. But When i tell you not a SINGLE scratch. Not One defect. Battery life is 98%. So that's amazing. I don't got to buy a new battery. I know alot of ppl were saying that installing ios 16 had messed up their phones. So They stuck with the older update. Well mine would not allow me to set the phone up until i updated the phone. I Was nervous but i had no other choice if i wanted to use it. Once it finish updating i checked everything out && it all works perfectly!!! Speaker is very loud for calls, music, && streaming. My phone is so clear and scratchless that i almost thought they sent me a brand new phone. All i can say is im very pleased. Just take a chance like I Did and if you get a messed up phone its Not like you lost all ur money. U can either return it or get a new one shipped out. Im just glad i was in the “lucky“ pool of ppl who got good phones...

Wow I'm very impressed about this purchase. It came in very nice and clean and look almost like new. I was skeptical at first and didn't want to buy it cuz I ordered one from ebay just not too long before this one and it came in very badly condition so I had to refund it and decided to order from here and I'm glad that I did. Phone works very good like almost new. Also I didn't have much trouble login into my apple account. It was smooth for me. Didn't have any complication of downloading an app. But the only thing is I was having issue pairing bluetooth with another phone. Guess, I'll find a way to make that work later. Other than that, everything works well. No other suspicious sign. It does have a few minor scratches but it is very unnoticeable! I will buy it again if only I had money.

I was hesitant to try another seller for another refurbished iPhone, as my other two purchases with other retailers were terrible experiences (Black Market and Noble Planet via WalMart), so I actually expected to have to send this one back as well. Order arrived much sooner than anticipated, it arrived unharmed and excellent cosmetic condition. The issue I had with the previous phones I purchased was the ear piece speaker (when making phone calls) being so low I could barely hear the person on the line, I had sent the phones back for replacements, Black Market just issued me a refund and Noble Planet claimed they sent a new phone but is was just the same one (same IMEI#) with a different serial number. Soo.. I had to switch my service plan over to this phone to test it, and while the ear piece speaker volume is low and a little muffled, it appears this is a common problem with refurbished iPhones. I took it to an Apple store and the tech did a diagnostic on it, telling me the entire screen will need to be replaced as with Apple products "nothing is easy," giving me an estimate of $225-275 to replace it - more than I paid for the phone. I contemplated whether I really wanted to keep it, as I purchased the 245gb specifically for keeping the phone a while, meaning I would eventually have to pay this large cost and replace the screen OR send another phone back and wait for a replacement (and hope I do indeed get a replacement) or just give up and buy another Android. I opted to keep the phone as the speaker is OK for now, and I'll just save for the repair at a later time. All in all, either I have bad luck with phones or this is just how refurbished phones go. Oddly enough, I purchased my husband's phone from this seller first, and his ear piece speaker is in much better condition than mine. So, maybe I do just have bad luck. Sigh.

The phone arrived to my home spotless and with a screen protector already on. I had one discrepancy that I discovered and brought up with Amazon Support as well as MobileSupply directly through the Amazon App. MobileSupply responded before I ended my call with Amazon Support. We discussed options including an option that I proposed to Amazon was mentioned in the initial communication with MobileSupply customer service. The proposed recommendation was accepted as the solution and MobileSupply saw the resolution through until I was 100% satisfied with the result. I was sketchy buying this because theirs some really really bad reviews on it so it was kinda a gamble but I had now problems at all their was some slight scratches on the sides, it was covered with the phone case being barley visible, considering the price it’s a really good iPhone I had no issues once so ever setting it up. When you get it it will be signed into already but DONT freak out just follow the instructions *the yellow paper that comes with the box*
