Phone came in with a couple baby scratches on back. Nothing major and they could easily be covered by a case. I wasn’t expecting perfect with it being refurbished. I seen quite a few reviews saying they got a full health battery in their phone but I tend to be a pessimist. The battery health was indeed 100%! I’m giving 5 stars! Screen had scratches but I was was able to overlook that. Then I noticed the phone getting hot and not holding a charge when using it. I rand diagnostics and it cannot identify the battery. I’m assuming the apple genuine parts indicator was bypassed or overridden somehow because there is no other reason it shouldn’t indicate the battery manufacturer. Not what I expect for a “Renewed Premium”. This device should have been much cheaper or had a genuine battery in it. ... show more

Phone had no scratches and came 100% battery. Only reason I didn’t give full five stars because there is something like ear wax or some other residue in the earpiece.
