PLease DO NOT bUY from them. COnfirmed likely stolen or overseas phone. If I could give negative ZERO stars I would! Phone arrived and APPEARED BRAND NEW. Please do not buy here ! I immediately took phone to Apple Store for a full diagnostic. It passed but this was BEFORE I attempted to put a carrier onto the phone - well… this is what started my 3-month nightmare and ordeal only to find out that the eSIM was not fully sticking to the phone . Myself and after 4 network carriers Later tried everything because despite them all telling me perhaps it’s the phone I’d concluded it was maybe the carrier or some other glitch as Apple had scanned it as OK… however after another failed attempt with Verizon and days and days and hours and hours of being a gun ray pig of IT troubleshooting and literally eating so much time energy and heartache, someone very high up who had remoted in to the phone with Apple on conference after they had done same confirmed the hidden defects lies in the phone itself which is why now an eSIM cannot attach at all though it did for a day or 2 initially then would detach. Guys : we have NEVER been able to make or receive 1 phone call since we got the phone . Only been on FT calls and text which operated solely non WiFi which I pay for . Right within that 3rd month of trying my best and going from carrier to carrier upon THEIR advice I thank that tech supervisor who gave me the true insight that based on what they’ve been seeing with scams and bad phone re- sell- all the red flags are there . NOW of course this person behind this online store - “Miriam” claims sorry you are outside of the window for return. Of COURSE I am!!!! Filed an Ato Z and leak via Amazon to hopefully shut these folks down if anything . I only pray this doesn’t happen to another person. ... show more

I haven’t had it for even more than a day, and I am already so impressed. The phone came beautifully, no scratches, works fine, good set up. Color was black, came perfect. The phone itself had no scratches, works great and it awesome. The only problem I have is that the Apple Intelligence takes FOREVER to set up and it makes the phone overheat bad, it also was overheating while setting up, and still does every now and then when I’m putting a lot on it, but other than that it is great. Was it worth the $690 I paid? Yes. I think it was worth the money. In the description, it says that it supports Nano-Sim (Meaning it has a Sim Card slot.) But it didn’t end up having it, but eSim set up is MORE than easy! Everything has been great, and I am super happy, as I’m upgrading from an iPhone 11, and definitely trust the company. Thank you!! (UPDATE - The phone was having temperature problems ONLY because it was setting up and a lot was happening on it all at once. Temperature has been great, left it in the sun for about 30 minutes and came back out and grabbed it and it was mildly warm. Very happy! Also, eSim set up was MORE than easy, just opened my provider app, tapped convert to eSim and it did it all for me! Extremely happy! Definitely worth the money! ... show more

So, this was a long shot because I decided to buy refurbished for the first time and I'm not in the United States. Gladly, this ended up well for me, I waited a little for this review. The phone arrived earlier than expected, in excellent condition as I was hoping for, I bought it unlocked. I wasn't sure if it came with eSim (I made sure my phone carrier had eSim support) fortunately, I was able to set up my carrier without any problems. I love it, it's very nice looking and I received it with 94% battery capacity with over 200 cycle counts. Everything is as expected so I'm very happy. I want to share an important warning for anyone considering buying a phone from this seller. The phones being sold may still have outstanding balances owed to the carrier, and this is not being clearly disclosed upfront. As a result, buyers can end up with devices that initially work fine but are later blocked by the carrier due to non-payment. This situation leaves buyers stuck with unusable phones and no recourse, which is extremely frustrating and unfair. Transparency is critical when selling devices tied to financing agreements, and failing to disclose this information puts buyers at serious risk. I strongly recommend that potential buyers exercise caution, ask for proof that the phone is fully paid off, and verify its status with the carrier before completing any purchase. Sellers should be honest about the financial status of their devices to avoid causing harm to others. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and want to warn others before they make the same mistake. This seller is selling phones that are not fully paid off, which puts buyers at serious risk.
