The Action button is on the upper left side, and the side button is on the right side of the device. There are three cameras on the back: Ultra Wide, Main, and Telephoto. There is a LiDAR Scanner on the back. There is an LED True Tone flash on the back. In the United States, there is no SIM tray. In other countries or regions, there is a SIM tray on the left side that holds a fourth form factor (4FF) nano-SIM card. On the bottom there is a USB-C connector for charging and transferring data.

As soon as the phone arrived, I called T-Mobile and checked that the phone was free and clear. It was. That set my mind at ease. The seller packaged the phone very well, and it arrived in like-new condition. As far as I can tell, I can't tell that it was used at all. It is a beautiful phone that looks flawless. I believe this is the best value for your money if you are looking for an iphone that is not the latest and greatest, but that is still useful with todays tech. No regrets. Great purchase.

Extremely Disappointed with āExcellentā Refurbished iPhone I am beyond disappointed with this purchase. I bought this phone based on the description that it was āexcellent refurbishedā condition, but that couldnāt be further from the truth. Hereās why Iām giving this a 1-star rating: 1. Overheating Issues: The phone gets hot very quickly during basic use, even when just browsing or texting. Itās uncomfortable to hold and concerning for long-term use. 2. Battery Life is Terrible: Despite the description claiming the battery was at 98%, the phone drains ridiculously fast. I can barely make it through a few hours before needing to charge again. For a phone advertised as āexcellent,ā this is unacceptable. 3. Scuffed Camera: The camera has visible scuffs on it, making it seem like no effort was made to refurbish or inspect the phone properly before selling it. 4. Battery Cycles Misleading: The phone already had 128 cycles, which isnāt what I would expect from a battery advertised as nearly new. This level of wear should have been disclosed upfront. 5. Stuck Without Options: I canāt go without a phone, so now Iām stuck with a subpar device in a predicament I didnāt sign up for. This was supposed to be a reliable, refurbished phone, but it feels like Iāve been sold something far from āexcellent.ā Iām very disappointed with this purchase and would strongly recommend others avoid this seller. I understand that these are used phones so each one's life journey will be different, but the phone I got had one very slight scratch on the corner of the screen and beyond that looked new. When I install a screen protector, you can't see the scratch at all. The phone's battery health was at 98% when I received it. I charge it at night and it's generally still above 20% when I plug it in at bet time. I couldn't be happier with the phone in general, and the price was also far better than anything I found locally on the buy/sell/trade sites.

The iphone arrived in a secure manner(had to sign for it), and looked absolutely perfect. I choose one that was already aligned with my carrier. If you have Verizon then maybe look for that in the description. It was easy to set up, I didnāt have to go yo carrier fo assistance. T he battery came at 80 percent and charged effectively to 100 and holds very well. I personally am happy about the up front information regarding returns / problems. MUCH better than my carrier. The price is undeniable fantastic for the models selling. I got a BETTER deal on a higher model with bells and whistles than my Cartier upgrade. BEST decision ever. Do the research and understand what you will be getting and you will be satisfied. I recommend this purchasing plan.
