For the price I thought this was a good product. The case was a little off in the back which I thought wasn’t a big deal at first. Boy was I wrong! It was the battery expanding! Phone is in good condition, screen is intact, only issue i have been having is the charging port. At times i will plug it in and it will not charge or the charging will stop once i sit phone down. I am highly satisfied with the product. Zero cosmetic damage, and the screen is completely unscratched. I came from a 12 pro max that was on its way out, and this one works great by comparison.     • Phone not in “excellent” condition as it states!
Phone is glitching when making and ending phone calls, also, when I try and charge the phone it says there is water in the charging port and when I’m watching videos on YouTube they suddenly freeze. This is not in “excellent condition”! I hope I can return this device.
